We love staying at Ashley Brooke! This is a small business and the owner is on the premises. He is very laid back but also takes care of business promptly. He supplies guests with all you would need to walk to the beach (one block away), including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart to carry it with! He also includes a self service cooler of bottled water. The pool is larger than most hotels and gets great sunshine. Rooms are bright and well maintained, although upgrading air conditioners to split units would cut down on noise. The kitchen is totally usable for making light meals. We had breakfast in our rooms and coffee every morning and also kept our snacks and ice cream for evenings. Publix is a short car ride away for groceries if you want to go that way. You can also walk to the restaurants from the hotel. Such a great laid back vibe here- we will be back again!

Every thing about the property was amazing, the staff , the pool , the ambience, the vibe , the price, the convenience has a kitchen with the all things you need, has for guess umbrellas for the beach , chairs , sunblock….. super nice experience 4 days. And I comeback in 4 july

Owner is very kind and helpful. Room is good size. Bed comfortable. Kitchen nice. Heated pool was my fav! Very close walk to beach, shops and food.
