Namu Lake Resort

The accommodation itself is beautiful; however, the receptionist on duty on 23 and 24 April (the same lady on both days) was unwelcoming and rude. She appeared displeased by simple requests, such as arranging transportation to the lake entrance, especially since private vehicles are not allowed in. Although we do not understand the language she was speaking, her facial expressions and tone clearly conveyed her attitude. That said, the restaurant staff during breakfast were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. It is disappointing that the first and last point of contact for guests was handled so poorly. I hope management will consider providing additional training for this receptionist to match the welcoming service standard demonstrated by the restaurant staff. No response on WeChat could be a perfect 10 if the reception was good
