1802 House Bed & Breakfast

This was my first time staying in a traditional bed and breakfast. Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was always delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. I would love to stay at 1802 again whenever I am back in Kennebunkport.

We stayed two nights and never met the owners. We also left a voicemail about housekeeping that was never returned. Considering that there are only 6 rooms that was surprising. Breakfast was served at 9 sharp with no window of time. Putting the above aside the pricing for the experience was way out of line compared with other Maine B&Bs we have visited.

My husband and I had the most relaxing time here! Katherine greeted us warmly and the Sebago suite was lovely (bed was so comfy). The homemade breakfast in the morning was delicious as well! This will be our new favorite when visiting Kennebunkport for sure!

It was simply delightful. Clean, quiet, incredible breakfast. Highly recommend. We will be returning. We celebrated our friend's 50th Wedding Anniversary and the flowers we had ordered online before arriving were perfect! We have stayed at other more expensive closer to town B and B's in Kennebunkport and we like this better.

Loved my stay!!! Room was spotless and comfortable. Loved the soaking tub!! Staff were friendly snd helpful. And the breakfasts were wonderful! Could not have asked for more!

Lovely accommodations, gracious and helpful service, the best breakfast ever! We especially enjoyed that it was removed from the bustle of the village, but a perfect walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We hope to visit again!

the inn keepers are very nice and helpful..charming place to stay , we always enjoy our visits to the 1802 House. the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is the icing on the cake for our weekend..thank you very much, Tom and Donna

Our stay at the 1802 house was amazing! Our room was perfect. The breakfasts each morning were out of this world! We started with a homemade muffin, then a yogurt parfait with fruit(though that doesn't do it justice-drizzled with special sauces!) and finally the main course of either pancakes and bacon or a frittata and homemade bread. The innkeepers were very warm and hospitable. In the afternoons, the wood stove was on and we sat there and read our books, with a glass of wine! It was the end to a perfect day! Thank you Julianna and Lars for a special getaway!

My husband and I started our NE fall trip with 2 nights at the 1802 House and it was perfect. The breakfasts were the best we had on the entire trip. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, clean and beautiful. Julianna was the perfect hostess. We highly recommend it.
