Mood Hotel Pattaya

This is a lovely place to stay, I've been back twice already. It's great for the younger generation. The rooms are clean and have good amenities, plus there's a swimming pool. The room rates are good, but the rooms aren't very soundproof and aren't super big.

The location is simply excellent! As a Japanese person, the biggest struggle is not being able to adjust the air conditioning. If only the AC could be adjusted, it would definitely become my favorite hotel.

We booked a twin room here for friends and family. The price was quite reasonable, and the location is great – easy to find food, close to cafes, and Terminal 21. The room decor is cute and vibrant. This is my fourth time staying here! The beach is just a short walk from the hotel.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. Self-check-in was convenient. The pool was a bit small, and there was some bird droppings on the ground that hadn't been cleaned, plus bird feathers in the water. However, it's excellent value for money. Recommended. A very beautiful hotel.

The accommodation is close to the sea and conveniently located. The staff provides good service, but the room might be a bit dark and gloomy. You can leave your luggage before check-in.

The environment is good, the location is great, and there's a pool. The only downsides were that the room air conditioning was too cold and the fridge made a strange noise. I'd still stay here again next time, the staff were all very welcoming and cheerful.

I booked an XL room, but when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they informed me that the hotel was under renovation and couldn't provide the room. They offered to transfer me to the hotel across the street. However, if they knew renovations were happening, why didn't they notify me before my arrival? That way, I could have canceled directly and saved myself the trip.
