HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay as the beach is located right in front of the hotel. The amenities are everywhere nearby! Every staff was friendly & helpful, with a welcome chill drink and many services prepared for their guests: buffet breakfast spread, complimentary bike ride, simple afternoon high tea, airport shuttle in the black limousine! This is our first time visiting Da Nang and had a great time staying at Haian Beach Hotel & Spa, truly an amazing city to come back again 👍🏻❤️ The only setback is the temporary & ongoing constructions beside the hotel, but it was manageable for us, & the management and staff are doing their best to minimise the inconveniences, like serving their guests with a complimentary drink from their hotel bar 👍🏻

Everything was wonderful. The hotel's location was excellent, with convenience stores very easy to find. The pool was lovely and had a stunning view of the beach. The breakfast buffet offered many options. I highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It's a place I would definitely stay again, right across from the beachAt the back exit of the hotel we found currency exchange offices, supermarkets and fast food.

It is so perfect to be our staycation in Danang! The staff service makes us feel like a home away home. The room is clean and spacious. It is in a good location as well. Good to stay here if you want a good experience!

Everything is good except the construction both left and right side. Even midnight also working. Only deep sleep people can ignore. For mei can’t sleep.

We loved our stay here and the ocean view room was really worth it. It was nice waking up to a nice view of the beach everyday and admiring the waves and sunset from our room. The breakfast buffet was also good, and had a variety of dishes to choose from. I also loved how fresh and sweet the fruits that were served. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this to friends and family, and we'd definitely stay here again the next time we visit Da Nang. Heads up: The hotel is sandwiched between two buildings under construction and it seems like it might take a long time before those would be completed, but we were on the 19th floor and in our experience, we didn't hear much of the noise. They provided vouchers and earplugs to compensate for the inconvenience though.

Had a very good 2 nights stay at the hotel. This was our first time in Danang. Location is just across from the beach with plenty of food and services within walking distance. Our suite has a nice view of the beach, however, due to the proximity to the beach, sound from beach activities can be heard throughout the day and loud beach music was heard till 11pm. Loud drumming from beach activities started at 6+am on a Tuesday morning. All these are through no fault of the hotel, but is you are a light sleeper, perhaps forgo the sea view rooms and get a room towards the back of the hotel.  There was a good spread at breakfast, with local, international and Korean selections. If you need an afternoon pick-me-up, pop over to a the free afternoon tea. For bar lovers, their sky bar has a great view of the beach. There’s a pool just next to the bar if u are too lazy to walk across to the My Khe beach.  Staff provided excellent service from front to back of house. I would like to give the following staff a special shoutout. GRO Hailey helped us book tickets to Bana Hills and arranged a private driver for us. Front officer staff Lin ensured our check in and check out experience was the best. Front office manager (apologies forgot her name) was on hand when we met with some issues with the hired driver. Front office together with hotel management arranged a birthday cake and a well wishes card to celebrate our birthday, such a thoughtful and sweet touch.  If you are planning a trip to Danang, this hotel is definitely worth your consideration.  This will be our top choice for our next trip to Danang!

Great time at the Haian Beach Hotel. Staff very helpful and the hotel is very close to the beach 5min walk, and 15-20 mins for the Airport. There is construction either side of the hotel but we didn’t really hear much of the weeks stay. But to be honest there is construction all over Da Nang at the moment so it’s hard to escape. (Request at high floor) would also suggest a beach front room if possible views are amazing. Breakfast is diverse and the hotel also offered afternoon tea for free with a selection of cakes and fruits from 2-4pm each day. Swimming pool and pool staff are very friendly. Pool is more suitable for kids 4 plus but our toddler enjoyed using the life jackets provided.

After so many good reviews, I thought that would be the best hotel ever, and I a bit disappointed. Let's start with the goid things: The location is good, on the beach, near many restaurants, supermarkets, cafe, spa... The room was very clean. My kids liked the pool, and the cocktails were very tasty. But... The hotel is between two buildings under constructions, and it was messy. The hotel itself needs some renovation, it is a bit old. For example, there is no fan in the old elevator, the carpets are old, the furnitures looks very much used and so on. Although the diversity in the breakfast, I didn't really like the food. There were many salads and cooked food, but not very tasty. The hotel was very busy during our visit. All over, it was ok, but not a place I want to come back again.
