Verbena Chiangmai

The service was great, and the location was good too. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling, and the bathrobe hanger was covered in dust. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom, and the shower drain was slow. Overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

The location was perfect for exploring Nimman. It wasn't far from the airport, and even though we arrived late, the area was well-lit, so we could easily grab a quick dinner before heading back. Having a supermarket and convenience stores nearby was also a big plus. Being tucked away in an alley with other hotels, it was quiet without feeling unsafe. The bedding and bathroom were both clean, and we didn't encounter any issues using them. However, I'd recommend using a shower filter. I noticed the filter got dirty quite quickly, and the water pressure was weak. Even when the hot water was working well, the low pressure meant it took a bit longer to shower. The front desk staff were friendly, and it was great to have free snacks and water available on the first floor. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I'd likely stay at this hotel, and I'd recommend it to others looking for a great value-for-money option.

The scenery is great, but parking spaces are limited. The location is near Nimman Road, with plenty of good food options nearby.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The bedding seemed a bit old. There's a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Maya Mall, which is quite convenient.
