The place is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly attentive and kind. I don't speak English, but that wasn't an issue at all; if there was any misunderstanding, they'd use a translator. Waking up to elephants was an amazing experience, and the activities they offer are fantastic and well worth it. Highly recommended! They picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at my next accommodation in Chiang Mai, so paying for the transfer is definitely worth it.

This hotel is a good place for a leisurely stay, but it's quite remote and takes a long time to drive to. There was no water in the room for a while, and when it finally came, the hot water was scalding hot – impossible to shower with! 🥵🫣

The staff were incredibly helpful, but the facilities really aren't suitable for Chinese guests. For example, there are too many mosquitoes, and the location is so high up that carrying luggage is very dangerous and inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children, and honestly, I don't think it's even suitable for adults. It was an experience, and that's enough for me.

I had the best time here at the resort and the most kind caring and helpful staff! They picked me up from the airport when I flew in at night and shared a lot of laughter! There is food you can order at the resort bar and make sure to bring cash as we were in a forest! I highly recommend this place and I hired a professional photographer if you are solo traveler to get that insta shot! Thank you to everyone here and I hope to come back in the future!

This hotel is really bad with communication, they did not know how to communicate with me because of the language barrier and because of that they completely lied to me. They told me that the provide transportation to their location, I waited for over an hour for pick up and they never showed up. I had to find last minute accommodations for the night and they refused to refund me my money. Please book elsewhere this is not a location that looks to provide customer service.

Our only regret about booking here was that we didn’t book long enough! We stayed riverside. This was the favorite stop of our 16 day trip. 10/10
