The hotel ambience is nice. The hotel is great for a short trip. Kids are happy with the kids club & activities. Food are great. Need to improve in cleanliness. We found a hair in our bed during check in. But overall was a good experience.

I specifically requested a quiet room when booking and double-checked with the front desk staff during check-in to confirm I'd be assigned a pool-facing room. Great staff, but I need to wait until around 3.30 to get my room ready. But they provide the free flow snack and pastry while waiting for the room. I got corner room and the view is directly to the pool which is nice.
