Don’t like the fact, the hotel sent a letter basically not wanting guests to leave the premises. There’s a lot is reasons to leave. The beach, massages are only 60 for 90 min

Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible.

We booked a room for four, but the bedding for the third and fourth guests was an extremely uncomfortable pull-out bed provided without a blanket. It was poor quality and not worth the price. Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for snacks that we never even touched. The beach at this location was unusable; there was no dedicated swimming area, and a black flag was up due to dangerous conditions and jellyfish. Meanwhile, other resorts just 20 minutes away had safe, accessible swimming areas.

This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for all inclusive.

Not enough chairs around the pools even at half occupancy. Chairs reserved early in the morning and left unattended even though rules for the pool state that not allowed.

Wi-Fi is terrible and you have to pay for it every day - $50 USD per day… The CELL connection also is poor Athough it’s all inclusive you still have to scan your wristbands every time you get a bottle of water or a cocktail, wait for a receipt, sign that receipt and then go about your day. Amenities are nice, five out of five… Most of the staff is cool but several have attitudes

Ocean view good, staff very attentive. NOT ENOUGH SUN LOUNGERS. Guests get up at 5 a.m. to save chairs and if you don't you won't have one anywhere. Around any pool or beach, Every single day and they do not enforce the rule of removing people's things after not being there over an hour. Ruins your trip!!

The rooms were clean, had great views of the resort, and were spacious for the two of us. We appreciated the multiple check ins by hotel staff to ensure we had everything we needed. There were multiple areas to enjoy the pool and to have either a quiet area or more lively area. The food was A++++ for all meals.
