Service: The service was top-notch, with a butler available 24/7 and incredibly friendly staff. Ambiance: The cliffside sea view was absolutely stunning.

I initially thought this was just another Instagrammable hotel. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed upon check-in, as the service didn't quite measure up to what I've experienced at Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The room's location was just average, with many obstructions in front. I checked in on my birthday but wasn't offered a free room upgrade. The hotel wasn't crowded during my two-day stay, and the low guest density was quite comfortable. However, room maintenance was mediocre; there was a damp smell when I entered, frankly, it felt quite old. Also, the bathtub water didn't get hot enough for a proper soak. What truly deserves high praise is the unlimited complimentary laundry service, and the 24-hour in-room dining, available once a day, which was incredibly convenient – you just scan a QR code to order. Each person gets 2 drinks and 3 food items daily. The portions were ample, and the taste wasn't as bad as some people claim (for a Cantonese palate, it certainly wasn't unappetizing). The design and maintenance of the public pool were also excellent. I asked the manager, and he said the cliff elevator will be open in June, so future guests are in luck! Currently, they offer transportation to two beaches as an alternative, but I'd advise against it! It was super crowded, and the service was terrible – this was the only part of the trip that felt like a letdown. We wasted over an hour on two separate occasions and waited for half an hour standing at that Sunday Beach. In short, staying at the hotel is definitely better than venturing out. And don't worry about food; if you don't feel like eating at the restaurant, you can order takeout. Just inform your butler, and they'll deliver it from the hotel lobby to your door. The most important thing: tip generously (100k every time) and write down your wishes (even with limited English), and they'll usually be fulfilled. For example, asking for bags, toiletries, small gifts, etc. I also received a birthday amenity, a cake, and an aromatherapy diffuser. All in all, I was genuinely surprised and am already looking forward to my next stay!

This was the most beautiful hotel on our entire Bali trip, with Mandapa Ritz-Carlton being a close second, although they have very different styles. However, Bulgari definitely excels in the details! From the butler's attentiveness and the quality of the activities to the bedding and bath products, Bulgari is superior. This is truly a hotel I'd want to just stay in if I ever come back! A big thank you to all the butlers; they were fluent in both English and Chinese and fulfilled every request.

An excellent experience, truly great value for money. The breakfast was one of the highest quality I've ever had, the garden in the public area was a delight to behold, and the service was impeccable.

Facilities: Bulgari is, without a doubt, excellent and beautiful. Cleanliness: The hygiene was impeccable. Even though it's on a cliffside, I couldn't find a single fault. Environment: Every spot is picturesque and perfect for taking photos. Service: The service was exceptional, with a Chinese butler providing top-notch assistance. Daily replenished minibar (snacks and non-alcoholic beverages).

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Every spot is picture-perfect. The villa with a private pool in our room was gorgeous with fantastic views. The service was excellent, with a 24-hour butler readily available. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and perfect for a vacation.

Beyond words beautiful! The only downside was the price, but everything else was perfect. The Indonesian restaurant within the resort was delicious too. And the complimentary bag and luggage tag were absolutely gorgeous!

The Bvlgari branding is beautiful, but the sheer ubiquity of it, literally everywhere, made me a little uncomfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, truly excellent. For dinner, there are two restaurants. We tried the Italian Michelin 3-star, ordering both a full set menu and à la carte dishes, plus cocktails, which came to over 4000 (for 3 people). Honestly, it was just okay. The other restaurant serves Indonesian food; the lobster was a bit small, but the grilled beef ribs were tasty. The prices were relatively reasonable, and the flavor was decent. At the infinity pool, even if you don't order anything, as long as you stay for a certain amount of time, they'll bring you a fruit and some iced water. Free laundry is currently available, which is a nice perk. The highlight is the Chinese butler who takes great care of you – if you're willing to spend, they'll treat you exceptionally well. The villa rooms did have a slight unpleasant odor (due to age), but the outdoor courtyard layout is quite nice. The pool isn't huge but is very well-designed, and with underwater lights, you can swim at night. My biggest disappointment was that the cliff elevator wasn't operational, and we weren't even allowed to go near the cliff edge to look. This was extremely disappointing and a significant regret, especially since the beach below the cliff was inaccessible without the elevator. As compensation, the hotel provides a car to take you to Whiterock Club's beach. My second complaint is that there was no live singing performance at the dinner restaurant or the bar. Finally, for those wondering, you can catch the sunset from the Bvlgari, right from the bar.
