Hampton Inn Boston/Cambridge

Great staff! Upon arrival, I dropped a bottle of perfume in the bathroom and it shattered everywhere (welp). I called and they had someone come up immediately. I also asked if I could leave the car in the garage until the early afternoon so we could do some sightseeing after check out. It wasn’t a problem as long as I left at a designated time.

I know check in is at 3p but since I came in early in the morning the front desk person told me they will text/call as soon as room is ready. They never did and I just went back after 3p. Moreover, I stayed 2 nights and room never get cleaned until i checked out

What more can you ask for? Affordable, friendly and helpful staff, super clean, breakfast AND parking included. Two subway stops from TD Gardens and at the end of the bus line that leads directly to Harvard. Perfect hotel for a visit to the city. Will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Can’t control it but the trains all night and garbage trucks at 4:45 made sleeping less desirable

Lovely clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet selection. Location of the hotel was excellent as the tube station was a 2minute walk and made getting around so easy.
