The hotel's location is great, close to two main subway stations, Asoke and Sukhumvit. It's situated between Terminal 21 and EMSphere. Cowboy Street is just a few minutes away. There are tons of great food options just one or two subway stops or a short walk in any direction.
However, the room's floor is quite noisy. I'd give the cleanliness a 9 out of 10; it was almost perfect, but the pipe under the sink was leaking.
Overall, five stars, and good value for money.

Returning customer of Radisson Blu Plaza BKK. Location is perfect, approx 10mins walk to Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 which is great for shopping and food! Breakfast spread is awesome too! Rated 3/5 for cleanliness as there was a baby cockroach in my toilet during this trip...

Sukhumvit mrt and asok bts is within 7-8 mins walk. Near to terminal 21 and empshere mall which are very convenient to do shopping!

Fantastic experience at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok! Beautiful rooms, great food, and friendly staff who made the stay extra special. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was strategically located. All was good except for 2 things. 1) the hotel should have the squeezing shampoo, and body liquid fixed in their bathroom. No need to always keep using the smaller shampoo and body liquid which to me is a hassle open. Also waste of plastic which is not so environmentally friendly. 2) is the free in room internet which is slow and keeps disconnecting. This complain is not just me but also other guest. I might come back if they improve that 2 feedback I gave.
