The hotel boasts stunning views and excellent facilities. Both the pool and gym are very spacious. While the rooftop bar feels a bit dated, the views from there are fantastic.

First off, the hotel's location is great, right on the main street, no need to navigate tricky alleys, and it's on a high floor. The staff were all very good. However, the absolute most important thing is that the facilities are simply terrible, truly not worth the price. For over 700 a night, I can honestly say every single facility is awful, it's hard to even list them all. The air conditioning can't be adjusted, the trash can in the toilet gets stuck and you have to manually push it down before stepping on the pedal. Even a 150-yuan hotel in China is better than this five-star one, seriously. It's incredibly, incredibly old and outdated. Plus, I booked a pool view room, but they gave me a city view. I explicitly asked not to be in a corner, and they still put me in one. The room lighting is extremely dim, and all the switches, shower, etc., are really old. I'm not exaggerating at all; this hotel desperately needs a major renovation.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right off Sukhumvit Road, and about a 10-minute walk from either the BTS or MRT. Plus, there are tons of restaurants, bars, and massage parlors on both sides of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The room's facilities are also well-maintained. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The location is great, and the hotel service is very attentive. The only downside is that the lighting in the room is a bit too dim!
