This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, just a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel environment is also quite good. Our room was very quiet as it had sealed windows. While not large, the room was well-equipped. The twin beds were a bit narrow but could be pushed together, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Another plus is the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, who were friendly and enthusiastic in helping Chinese guests with any issues. The hotel's swimming pool and gym are also decent, and breakfast was acceptable. Overall, if you can book it for under 500 (MYR/RMB), it's a highly recommended budget hotel with good value for money.

The hotel is located near KLCC, making dining and shopping very convenient. The room was nice and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

The service was enthusiastic, and the room was clean and tidy. There's a pool, gym, and spa on the top floor, and guests get a 10% discount at the spa, which was a great experience. The soundproofing, however, was just average.

The room was comfortable and clean with complete facilities. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the hotel features a swimming pool and a gym. The staff were friendly and spoke Mandarin. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the subway and the Petronas Twin Towers.

The bedding was dirty with many red stains; there's no way it couldn't be washed clean, so it was probably not changed.

The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, but if you don't ask, they'll assign you a room at the very end of the hallway—it's a long walk from the elevators, though it is quiet, so it depends on what you prefer. It seems none of the hotels in Kuala Lumpur provide bottled water; instead, the rooms have Halal direct-drinking water taps, but you can cross the street downstairs to buy bottled water with green caps from the convenience store. The hotel restaurant looks quite good, but I got back to the hotel too late every day to try it. The hairdryer is great and the bed is comfortable too; overall, I am very satisfied. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers back to the hotel.

Good chain hotel. Breakfasts are good, you won't go hungry, and the breakfast times are convenient too, from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, a high floor doesn't always guarantee a good view; there's a building under construction right in front of our window. The room is clean, comfortable, and the bed is excellent.
