Great location for a reasonable price. Close to a lot of places and will book it again when travel back.

Clean and spacious room. Good customer service when I needed to change my room type from single bedroom to queen bedroom.

Excellent stay  My deluxe room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel provides shampoo and body wash, which was appreciated. However, it would be even better if hair conditioner were also provided, as it is a standard amenity many travelers expect. The only other minor drawback was the wall-mounted hair dryer. The airflow was quite weak and it took much longer than usual to dry my hair. An upgrade would definitely enhance the guest experience. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We planned a 2-day, 1-night family staycation in Kuala Lumpur last weekend and booked a Family Room at Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre through Trip.com. Despite making the reservation at the last minute, I was pleasantly surprised to secure a great deal. I was also able to redeem Trip Coins earned from my recent Europe trip, which made the booking even more rewarding. We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM on Saturday and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, offering a beautiful city view and a stunning night skyline of Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping standards and hotel amenities met our expectations and contributed to a pleasant stay. Another advantage was the hotel’s convenient location, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. This allowed us to explore the area comfortably without having to drive around the city. For dinner, we enjoyed a delicious seafood meal at Marina Seafood Restaurant before taking a leisurely stroll around KLCC and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city at night. Most importantly, my wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and we spent some wonderful quality time together. It was a memorable family weekend getaway, and both Trip.com and the hotel helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Very nice location right at city center. Parking is complimentary but narrow parking area. RRoom as advertised.

What we loved: • Unbeatable Location: Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and malls. • Superb Breakfast: The complimentary buffet had a huge, delicious variety. • Seamless Service: Fast and smooth check-in/out process. • Cleanliness: Rooms were spotless and well-kept. Room for improvement: • Housekeeping didn't replace our towels during the daily room cleanup. • We noticed some stains on the bedsheet upon arrival. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
