The location is great, and the staff are very friendly. The front desk concierge, Ya Ya, was also wonderful; she helped arrange a very comfortable room. Many thanks! I'll definitely choose this hotel brand again next time.

The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, perfect for a family trip, and the breakfast is good, especially the mini wontons which are delicious.

Great location! There's a shopping mall downstairs with plenty of food options, and it's close to my office. Very convenient transportation.

Facilities: The facilities are great. It's a serviced apartment, so the living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all separate, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean, and a good experience overall. Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent. Service: Also good.

The hotel's design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great, making it perfect for young people. The lobby also offers complimentary welcome tea. In the room, we received free welcome fruits, drinks, and wine. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly generous! Definitely five stars. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around.

Came to Hefei for Jolin Tsai's concert, and Ascott really offers amazing value for money. It's in the same building as the InterContinental. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us some souvenirs. The location is excellent; after the concert, it was just a short stroll back to the hotel. Swan Lake, which is right across the street, is perfect for a morning walk. The breakfast taste was a bit on the bland side. If I had one suggestion, I'd recommend upgrading the coffee machine at breakfast.

Our overall stay at Ascott Hefei Swan Lake was outstanding. The two-bedroom deluxe suite we booked was spacious and well-laid out, offering a very homely feel. The room was impeccably clean, with great attention to detail in the housekeeping, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with excellent lakeside views, and it's generally quiet and peaceful. All the facilities are complete and well-equipped, perfectly meeting the needs of a group stay. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. It's a great choice for both friends traveling together and families. The location is convenient for getting around, and we'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time we're in Hefei.

Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!
