Facilities: Relatively new. Hygiene: Very clean, and the pool was also spotless. Ambiance: Elegant and stylish. Service: Friendly and patient. It's conveniently located within walking distance to a commercial area, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is centrally located yet not noisy. It's about an 8-minute walk to Chit Lom BTS station, 15 minutes to the Erawan Shrine, and a bit further to Central World and Paragon. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast offers a great variety. The only slight dissatisfaction was the 2000 baht per night deposit, which had to be paid in Thai Baht cash or by credit card. Furthermore, if paid by credit card, the refund would only be processed 7-14 days after check-out. Other hotels usually accept USD or RMB, but not here. Hope they can improve this.

This was an abysmal hotel stay, marked by blatant differential treatment that significantly soured my experience. After checking in, I was immediately assigned a room at the very end of the corridor. Not only was the location isolated, but the window directly faced a desolate, empty plot of land, making for a bleak and depressing view. The visual environment was absolutely terrible. What was even more disturbing was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the adjacent guest room. My privacy was completely compromised, and I felt utterly unsafe staying there. As soon as I discovered the issue, I immediately asked the front desk to change my room type. The staff directly informed me that there were no available king-size rooms for exchange. In reality, their 'king-size' beds were just two single beds pushed together, and the front desk didn't even disclose this fact, instead using evasive language to refuse my request to switch rooms. They even asked me, 'Why don't Chinese people like rooms at the end of the corridor?' Overall, the entire stay was terrible, and the service attitude was dismissive. I do not recommend staying here.

Arrived at the hotel around 5 PM from Koh Chang. This hotel is also part of the Dinso Group, like the InterContinental on Koh Chang. Even though it's in the city center, it feels very spacious. There's plenty of room in front of the bed to put my 32-inch suitcase, and there's a sofa where I could relax. The hotel also has an infinity pool and a gym on the 18th floor. My child, being older now, was very keen on using the gym. He enjoyed working out while watching the rain outside. The gym faces the pool, which is a really nice touch. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a toy store. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine, which is incredibly convenient!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious rooms, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and there's also a rooftop pool and restaurants. The hotel is very kid-friendly, and the staff are polite and welcoming. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Bangkok.
