Overall, it was good, but several power outlets in the room weren't working, so my charger kept disconnecting and wouldn't charge. The laundry room was fine, too. However, sometimes there were many people smoking in the elevator, making it really stuffy. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who manages the cat house – she was excellent! But if possible, they should add another person to the morning front desk shift. We had an early check-out around 5 AM to catch a flight, and the front desk guy was asleep. We woke him up, rushed to check out, and left. Later, I realized I left my charger at the hotel. I arranged for SF Express to pick it up. When I called the front desk, the guy told me he was the only one there and couldn't go up to my room to get the charger for me. He told me to tell SF Express to use my room card to go up themselves. I called SF Express, and they said they usually can't go up to rooms. So I switched to JD.com for pickup around 9 AM. I called the hotel again, and they finally said there should be someone available around 9 AM to help me retrieve it. The room itself was good, it's just these issues.

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, and they promptly addressed any issues. The cleaning staff were also quick to provide water when needed. It's definitely worth staying here, and there are even cute little cats in the lobby!

This hotel has a really unique ambiance. The rooms are exactly as advertised, no discrepancies there – elegant, clean, and with a wonderfully comfortable vibe. They even have adorable cats, and petting them is incredibly therapeutic. The staff are warm and attentive; they're always there when you need them and respond super fast to any issues, resolving things efficiently and properly. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the bedding must be excellent because all five of us slept incredibly well, falling asleep quickly. It was a fantastic stay! The location is very convenient. For breakfast, I recommend the Dongcang Street morning market, but be sure to leave by 8:00 AM as it closes at 9:00 AM. After breakfast, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll back, experiencing the streetscapes of Xi'an. The hotel is very close to the city wall, and getting a taxi is easy. The toiletries are a thoughtful touch and smell lovely. On our second day, it rained, so we didn't visit many attractions. Instead, we took photos at the hotel, played with the cats, and relaxed on the sofa. Guys can also play Switch. There's a spot with a picture frame on the first floor that's perfect for photos – very cozy. I'll definitely book here again.

The room was spacious and clean, and it's super close to all the main attractions. Plus, they have a Switch you can play! Breakfast was also delicious. But the best part, by far, were the adorable little cats! Next time I visit, I'm definitely booking one of their e-sports rooms.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

Very satisfied! Our family, with both seniors and young children, found this hotel perfect! The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the museum. Dining and entertainment options nearby are very convenient, and the hotel's amenities and services are comprehensive. Plus, free parking! We'll definitely be back!
