To be honest, I hesitated a bit when booking this place — the photos made the room look almost too good to be true for the price. But once I checked in, I was blown away: the actual experience was even better than the pictures and far exceeded my expectations! The room was absolutely stunning, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff truly stood out — warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. The butlers were especially welcoming; upon learning I was a foreign guest, they proactively tried speaking English with me, which made me feel genuinely cared for. The moment I saw the room, I immediately wanted to book several more nights for my friends — only to find it fully booked! Clearly, this place is hugely popular. But the staff went above and beyond: they not only helped me secure another room with a similar vibe, but also held it for me to avoid missing out — and personally escorted me to view it. And yes, it was just as delightful! Another huge plus? The resident cats — absolutely adorable! Some are super affectionate and happily interact with guests; others are more reserved, quietly observing from a distance. Either way, they add so much warmth and calm to the atmosphere. Plus, you can order food delivery straight to your room — and the quality is genuinely great. It’s convenient, cozy, and utterly relaxing. All in all, my stay was exceptional. From room quality and service attitude to overall ambiance, every detail surpassed expectations. Every time I visit Xi’an, this will be my top choice — no question. I’ll definitely stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi’an!

Located right next to a shopping mall and very close to the noon, the room was quite nice, and there were even little cats to keep me company. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We chose this place for a gaming session with friends. The whole setup ran smoothly, and the internet was stable with no ping spikes. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. Overall, it offered great value for money. We'll definitely book this place again for our next get-together.
