Thieves and scammers! I wouldn't go there to get ripped off, it's not worth the price and I hope none of you go there. Boycott this... It's not fair for others to go here hoping to find a decent place. They shouldn't go, there are already too many similar reviews, they should do something!

Hello, unfortunately the answer is not accepted for the following reasons: 1. The San Remo hotel did NOT have the reservation made by *******. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through *******. 2. The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly dirty, all the windows with animal feces and The bedding was outside the minimum standards of any accommodation. 3. I had to urgently pay for another Hotel through ******* as you can see in my reservations, at a highly higher price until I was able to find a hotel with a stay for those dates. I request that you review the case before making the claim to the credit card and initiate the corresponding actions.

Habitaciones pequeñas. El baño perdía agua, avisamos a la encargada, tomó nota y nos dijo q iba a ir un plomero, cosa q nunca pasó y el baño se inundó. El ropero no tenia puerta y el servicio de limpieza entra aunq través la puerta. La ventana estaba llena de caca de paloma y hasta huevos, no podíamos abrir la ventana x el holor asqueroso y las palomas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El colchon es con resorte y tiene una punta salida para afuera q nos pinchaba la pierna. Mi marido se quedó atrapado en el ascensor más de media hora y la chichara no funciona. Nisiquiera le pidieron disculpas y si no hubiera sido por otro guesped, nadie lo hubiera asistido. La pileta con agua sucia. Pedimos el libro de quejas y nos dijeron q no tienen. Fuimos a descansar y sentimos q el hotel no esta preparado para recibir gente. Lo único bueno es el desayuno y la ubicación. Recorrimos otros hoteles que salen lo mismo y son mil veces más lindos y cercanos a la playa. Las fotos con las q se promociona el hotel no son actuales, mucho menos la sala de juegos. Falta mucho mantenimiento para el precio q cobran! Muy mala experiencia y pérdida de dinero xq no pudimos descansar!

Lo unico bueno es la presion y el agua de la ducha. Con relacion al precio no llega a ser un 3 estrella. Parece un hotel alojamiento barato. La atencion mala y lo peor el garage es un galpon cualquiera. Y no respetan los lugares. El secador de pelo esta en la foto pero no tienen. Y no me quede al desayuno porque no soportaba estar mas tiempo en un lugar asi.

Nos robaron un bolso completo y otras cosas mas durante unas horas que no estuvimos en el hotel!!, se tomaron el tiempo de seleccionar qué llevarse. Tuvimos que ir nosotros a hacer la denuncia cerca de la media noche, con un clima terrible porque del hotel no quisieron llamar, nos retiramos sin una respuesta concreta! Nos hicieron esperar al día siguiente 3hs para que llegue la encargada (nunca llego a la hora que nos habían dicho) y lo peor nos dijeron que miraramos los bolsos de los que se iban para ver si era alguno... Una vergüenza que nadie se responsabilice... la cerradura no estaba forzada, entraron con la llave magnética que habíamos dejado en recepción.

Fuimos en Flia, por dónde empezar? El desayuno en el entrepiso te sentás y ves los vidrios llenos de caca de palomas que evidentemente no limpian hace años. Tuvimos que bajar 7 pisos con carrito de bebé y niños, por escaleras porque los ascensores estaban colapsados, cuándo me dirigí a la recepción a quejarme casi que se me ríen en la cara, porque encima MALEDUCADOS! Limpieza: sí ven las sábanas sucias no las cambian, arreglate así hasta el final de tu estadía. Las tazas del desayuno había que estar tanteando a ver cuál estaba menos sucia y vieja, hasta azúcar de usos anteriores tenían o sea que cero ganas hasta de lavar una taza! Instalaciones: viejísimas, falta de mantenimiento, limpieza y pintura! Claramente ni siquiera invierten en eso. Consejo: Sí pueden evitar éste hotel, evítenlo! Despegar debería dejar inmediatamente de promocionarlo porque además las fotos súper engañosas!!
