Super lovely and friendly front desk. There was a welcome gift of snacks and a farewell gift. Very sweet. Great location. Right next to the subway station and walking distances to the West wall YongDingMen. Very safe for female solo travellers. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I ever come back to Xi’An.

We travelled as family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The hotel room was big enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. We could use the washing machine and dryer for free and it's very helpful during our 4 nights stay in Xi'an.
The subway in front of the hotel was very convenient,too.
The concierge were very nice. They used a translation tools to communicate with us, showed the laundry room, gave bottle water whenever you ask them.
My daughter loves the amenities provided by the hotel, especially 'shadu shadu" robot

Great value for the price we paid. Location is about 2.5km from the city centre but enjoyable walk. Reception only speaks Chinese but the ladies try their best with translate app so it’s fine. Things included in package seems misleading though (For example, mini bar, coffee are not in the room) but that’s fine for the price we paid. Overall, good experience.

The hotel just right in front of metro station. Clean, convenient and love the snacks offer at reception every morning.
Reception staff is friends, they offer umbrella for us. DIY washer is available. Currently, hotel is under facade renovation.
Outside hotel, has many eatery and choices of foods

The family smart suite is quite suitable for our family. Really enjoyed the stay - possible due to the friendly & supportive staff & excellent location (our suite had a nice view of the West gate of Xian city wall). They lack a restaurant, but the convenience of food deliveries in China makes up for it.

Good hotel, but prefer hotels where one at least notices less of other people smoking in their rooms. Hallways were quite smelly. Other than that good stay.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊
