The front desk staff and manager were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and boast a unique Western Regions' (Xinjiang) style. The hotel is not only conveniently located next to the West Gate of the Old City but also surrounded by many restaurants popular with locals in Kashgar. These range from high-end establishments with Uighur bands, perfect for business dinners or family gatherings, to Big Plate Chicken restaurants featured on Dianping's must-eat list, and even very authentic local BBQ noodle shops. The hotel's own breakfast is also very rich and varied.

Satisfied. Cozy. Convenient. This is as good as 'home away from home' gets. If you're going to Xi'an, choose this place. They have delicious desserts, a convenient location, and the airport shuttle is less than three kilometers away.

This hotel is super convenient, just a few steps from the subway entrance. The room was clean and tidy, with high-tech features. They even offered complimentary white fungus soup, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and they used robots for food delivery. Highly recommend staying here!

The room is exquisite and tidy. There are many breakfast options nearby, and it's very close to the city wall. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station and comes equipped with a smart tablet.

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location. It's right by Exit B of Andingmen, you just turn left and you can't miss the hotel sign. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside (Ximenwai station), which makes getting to attractions like the Drum Tower or Yongningmen really easy. It's also only a 45-minute ride from Xi'an North High-Speed Rail Station. The inconvenient part for me was that I booked two different rooms for my two-day stay because the king room wasn't available for both nights. So, on my second day, I had to switch rooms. I had an all-day tour planned, which meant checking out and packing up at 6 AM, and then coming back at 11 PM after watching 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' just to check into a new room. It was quite a hassle. On a brighter note, the white fungus soup they offered was delicious, though I missed out on it the second night because I got back so late.
