Right outside the hotel is a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It's also very close to the Muslim Quarter. The hotel itself is clean, and the front desk staff are quite friendly. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right next door. All in all, pretty great!

Check-in was super smooth, and there's a cafe right next door. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a complimentary late check-out and luggage storage. Everything was perfect, really top-notch, and the front desk lady was very beautiful too.

The hotel's location is great, close to attractions and hospitals. Although the room was a bit small, it felt nice. The only thing is, there were a lot of smudges on the closet's glass door that the housekeepers missed. The front desk staff weren't as warm as at other hotels; they seemed cold, like they were in a bad mood. Everything else was good, and they even gave us a free coffee. I hope there are improvements when I come back during the winter break.

The front desk had terrible service. I said, 'Hello, I'd like to check in,' and the receptionist just snapped back, 'Just use your ID to check yourself in!' I didn't see any 'city view' that they claimed was an upgrade. Oh well, it was just for one night anyway. The bedding was so-so, and the shower in the bathroom was tiny. The actual place definitely looks different from the promotional pictures. At least parking was free and the location was close to the city center.

The cleanliness was good too. Overall, it was really easy to get to different places. We stayed for three nights in total.

This hotel is incredibly close to the metro station, which is super convenient! There are also some street food vendors right outside the station entrance, so you can grab a snack on your way out. The room was perfect for one person, but it might be a bit small for two. It was also a little dim, but everything else was great! The front desk staff were lovely, and they changed the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases daily, and provided fresh water. Highly recommend! 👍

The front desk staff and manager were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and boast a unique Western Regions' (Xinjiang) style. The hotel is not only conveniently located next to the West Gate of the Old City but also surrounded by many restaurants popular with locals in Kashgar. These range from high-end establishments with Uighur bands, perfect for business dinners or family gatherings, to Big Plate Chicken restaurants featured on Dianping's must-eat list, and even very authentic local BBQ noodle shops. The hotel's own breakfast is also very rich and varied.

The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need. Housekeeping changes towels daily, but not the duvet cover and pillowcases if you extend your stay. The in-room entertainment includes VIP access, which is a huge plus! The bathroom is small, but the floor mat is a thoughtful touch. The decor is new and cozy, and the smart voice control is very convenient. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and tremella soup, which is a nice gesture. The subway station is only 100 meters away, making transportation quite convenient. To get to the Grand Tang Everbright City, you need to transfer once, but the Terracotta Army and the Bell Tower are direct lines. There's also a snack street nearby, so dining options are plentiful.
