My second time at Turks and Caicos, gotta say, I was as equally amazed by the GO team (and scuba team) than I was 2 years ago. This is really the core of the CM experience. Beach, amenities, food at SHARKIES ! Divine. Very disappointed though for the food at the buffet. My expectations were very high from my first stay in 2023, but this time, I thought the quality of the food was lacking a lot. '' watermelon tartare '' or ''tomato ceviche'' is not really the kind of high meal I was expecting. I can see a clear decrease from back in 2023 and now. The guys at sharkies ROCKED our week. I've made a lot of friends there, you'd be very lucky to get to know them too ! Amazing service from the interim chief Kyle, thanks for the professionnalism in your duties, remember to dance more, you're amazing! Loved Manuela our yoga godess! We had another incredible stay at Club Med for Volleyball Vacations. The resort itself is beautiful, the beach is unreal, and the overall vibe strikes that perfect balance between relaxed and energetic. Every time I come here something stands out, and this year it was the bar experience — and especially Tommy, one of the bartenders. He did an outstanding job managing a busy bar while still making everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. Even when things were crowded, he stayed calm, friendly, and attentive, which makes such a difference in an all-inclusive setting. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was with drink recommendations. He paid attention to what I ordered and suggested other drinks I might like based on my preferences — and every suggestion was spot-on. It felt personal, not rushed, and genuinely elevated the experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent a wonderful week at Club Med Turks and Caicos and had an amazing experience. The service was warm and attentive, and there were plenty of activities to keep us engaged and entertained every day. The food was outstanding, with great variety and quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back

Went to Turks & Caicos for the first time with my friends and family as part of a group called “Volleyball Vacations”. Without a doubt it was one of the best experiences of my life. Spent most of the time at the beach playing volleyball and hanging out at Sharkies but also really enjoyed the shows put on by the staff. Special shoutout to Tamara and Tommy for all the time they spent playing and hanging out with us. They really made the experience more than worth it.

I’ve visited this Club Med a few times and this was not at the quality and standards of the past. The only thing they have going for them is the fantastic location (best beach), variety of activities and great guests.

We got a couple massage and Kim and Susana were great! They focused on all the aches and pains and we left feeling extremely relaxed
