Club Med Turkoise

We’re enjoying our stay at CludMed, in particular the snorkeling. Today we saw a Recife shark and 2 barracudas, on top of all the traditional fish. Thanks to the captain and his French snorkeling team. Thanks also to them for helping our friend who got a panic attack ; they took care of of her and helped her continue snorkeling after a short stay on the boat

Amazing experience accentuated by the incredible GO staff, in particular Manu, Chava and Iara who made our family's time there most memorable. The weather, the food, the activities and the entertainment were 5-star. The entire GO team from housekeeping to dining to bartenders to sports instructors to entertainers were personable, attentive and great at their roles. I thank the GO team for making this one of our best and most enjoyable vacations.

An unforgettable stay at Club Med Turkoise! Our stay at Club Med Turkoise exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply spectacular—the beach is breathtaking, with some of the most beautiful turquoise water we've ever seen. It's truly a paradise. What really makes this resort stand out, though, is the people. The interaction with the staff is exceptional, and everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The resort is also impeccably clean, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day, so there's always something fun to do. A special thank you to the amazing Sailing team—Yorran, Beatrice, Denzel, Royce, and Timothee—for their professionalism, enthusiasm, and making every sailing session memorable. The sailing competition and the "Armada" to the Iguana Island were memorable. We'd also like to recognize Cristo from housekeeping for his outstanding service, Susana for one of the best massages we've ever had, Henrique and Iara at the reception for their warm hospitality, Santiago and Luna for organizing great sports activities, and Enrique, without a doubt the best bartender in the Village, who made every evening even more enjoyable. Finally, congratulations to Acir, whose outstanding leadership is reflected in every aspect of the resort. Club Med Turkoise is exceptionally well managed, and it shows in the quality of the experience. We can't wait to come back!

If you are in the fence about going, just do it. The day time is amazing with all the activities, beach, and pool. Just do it. You will not regret it. We just got home today and are already planning the next trip.

Our family of 7 (5 adult kids) absolutely loved our time at Club Med Turkoise and agreed it's the best vacation we've ever taken! Things we will be talking about for years to come: - Grace Bay Beach! We've been to many Caribbean islands, cruises, other all-inclusives, and Florida beaches and the stretch of beach in front of Club Med is the absolute best. Some of our favorite memories were all of us floating around in the ocean and jumping off the pier in the unbelievably beautiful water. - The food! All-inclusive food has come a long way since I first started staying at several other brand resorts in the 90s. The food at Club Med is superb. It is plated beautifully and tastes delicious. If you can't find something you like out of the 25-30+ items offered each meal, that's on you. We couldn't believe how much fresh seafood was served each night. We really liked Sharky's too! My son thinks he ate 75-80 chocolate filled croissants or white chocolate bread pieces during our stay! - The activities! We snorkeled, kayaked, went out on the catamaran, played volleyball, two of our girls got massages, went tubing, and more. We didn't get to a few things so must go back! The 24 hour pool was nice to have as well. - The staff (or GOs)! Love the concept of the staff living at the "village" and also eating with and participating in activities with guests! I wish we had more time to meet more but really wanted to thank Jackson, Alex, Royce, Timothee, Jacqueline for providing our drinks (we did several challenges where we asked for 7 drinks at a time!), helped us at water sports, and talked with us at Sharky's or other places. - The themes/entertainment! We loved and participated in the themes every night and the entertainment was really good. Seeing GOs and their impressive talents was always fun. Things that could be updated: - The section cut out of the pool to sit in would be a perfect place for a swim up bar and wouldn't think it would be a huge cost or effort to do so. Just seems like wasted space and would add something a lot of people are expecting and other resorts offer. - The rooms were actually better than we were expecting given reviews but could use some updating. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Club Med Turkoise!

My daughter and I celebrated our birthdays at Turkoise and we had such a wonderful time thanks to the world’s best beach and Club Med vibe! We were especially impressed with the dining offerings, which included multiple vegan dishes that were delicious. Each evening’s entertainment was delightful! The choreography, costumes, lighting, music, and backdrops made each number memorable. The aerialists were extremely talented! We didn’t want to miss a single show. Several GOs were notably kind and generous with their time and attention and made our week even more joyful. Special thanks to Jeronimo, Alexandria, Mimi, Mariana, Natu, Alexi, Zacharie, Riley, Justin, Victor. Acir’s sweet birthday note was surprising and very thoughtful. The weather and water were absolutely perfect! We took advantage of the afternoon snorkelling excursion and was amazed at the clarity of the water and the vast array of fish at the reef. The snorkelling/diving crew also provided excellent service. The week went by too fast! We are already looking forward to our next trip to Turkoise.

Anne is the master diver in charge of the diving and snorkeling program. She is experienced, manages her team with purpose, ensures all are safe with the sufficient amount of safety recommendations. She also is easy to talk to, listens, and has a good sense of humor.

as soon as we pull up in front of this club its like being home....warm and cheerful welcomes and speedy check ins. each visit has new faces and some familiar ones,all happy to see us, but thats what makes club med what it is....getting to know the new and hugs from the familiar ones! Acir was chief of the village, and although new, very warm gracious and professional....seems very focused on the happiness of the guests! the ge's i would like to mention mean the world to us,,,,,Chounette, thank you so much for putting up with our messy room and always cleaning up our mess! Alex, we have known you for many years and your happy smiling face at the main bar just starts our vacation! Bernadette, girl you never stop working except to say hello and give a hug...you are awesome! Claude, for years we have fist bumped and laughed at sharky's....you are a great asset to that place! now my go's Iara customer services, even though we were a huge group, you made us feel like family.....you are a very professional employee but you do your job so well it looks effortless and you always had the answer to our questions......do you ever sleep? dj dre......salud! you are a definite light and energy that should be bottled! thanks for all the great fun and music!! Suzanna and antonio in the wellness center are amazing! had one massage each week for three weeks and boy was it fabulous each time! Natou village training manager super energy and fun to talk with (kiss peanut for me). st croix would be lucky to get you Wendy head of housekeeping, thanks for always being a good friend when we visit you in turks! you are always so professional and job oriented. Royce from sailing, thank you for being so warm and helpful. you were so cute to say excuse me but i believe you ladies should take a taxi into town. that we would be happier and cooler if we did and you were correct....and your energy is off the chart! but not to leave out the entire sailing team, Yorran, great leader and so happy and friendly, denzel, felix, timothy,beatrice, and royce....you guys work in thot sun tirelessly all day to keep us happy...... this review would not be complete without mentioning the great pizza in the buffet and Hector the head chef and the the guys who entertained us at sharkys (solid noise) hope you are there next year too!!! last but certainly not least the guys at the bar, Tanya you are wonderful, and your team is too, a few that i must mention are, james, zach, jorge, and enrique!

We recently brought three generations of family to this beautiful location. The activities were fun for everyone, the food was amazing and we met nice people from around the globe. The secret sauce was the wonderful staff. The GOs and GEs went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was great. Whether it was Manu at yoga, Jackie at fitness, Shaq and Luna at pickleball, or the AMAZING chefs, everyone made our week special. We can’t wait to return!!
