Atlantic Hotel Agadir

" had an extremely disappointing experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Morocco Agadir. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public. We have spent lots of money on a private swimming pool

The staff are very friendly especially the guys in the resturant very helpful. The room size was good. Location is good. The beach however is not near. There should have been water at least in the rooms upon arrival. Also should have an iron available to use.

Fantastic intimate hotel, combining modern with traditional feel. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Mohammed & Hassan we saw most but everyone helped make the stay memorable. Comfortable rooms and a great private pool area at the rear and roof top lounging area.

We chose this hotel because we wanted the authenticity of Morocco combined with the comfort and amenities of a larger resort — and what an absolute gem it turned out to be. The décor is stunning, with beautiful touches of Moroccan style everywhere you look. The staff are genuinely wonderful: warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The restaurant serves lovely food. While the menu isn’t huge, there’s something to suit everyone, and everything we tried was delicious. The cocktails were also some of the nicest I’ve ever had, beautifully made and a real treat each evening. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are well maintained. It was a little noisy outside our window at night, but this was simply the wind and nothing to do with the hotel. The sun terrace on the roof and the pool are was the icing on the cake! We will 100% be returning with our children. The bar staff, the management team, and even the evening entertainer made us feel so welcome — he even invited my friend up to sing with him, which became one of the highlights of our holiday. Thank you for everything. We can’t wait to come back!

I have travelled to more than 30+ countries multiple times and I have never posted any bad reviews of any place. This is the first time that I am forced to put a bad review about any place in my life. I had a fully paid reservation for 5 days, but because I arrived about 24 hours late, the hotel cancelled my booking without informing me. I received no email, no call, and no warning about the cancellation. I was left nowhere to go with baggage. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that my reservation was gone, despite it being prepaid. I believe this is very poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a paid booking. If you want a pleasant experience in Agadir in Morocco, please avoid this hotel at all costs !!! Highly not recommended

"An excellent hotel in a prime location in Agadir. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the service is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful, and facilities like the pool and restaurant add great value to the stay. A perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday."
