However, the guest rooms show a mix of old and new; smart devices control the curtains, but you can also use wall buttons. The tile patterns are quite dated. One room had a carpet in the bedroom, while another didn't. It seems like amenities are being scaled back this year, as another brand's hotel in Tangkou also lacked carpets. Many room types at the Hyatt Centric Jingdezhen don't have bathtubs 🛁. This year's travels have taught me that you can't have everything. The robot 🤖 delivery for meals was fast; I used to dislike them because Atour's robots took an hour, but this time it was all very quick. I saw comments about the TV 📺 being small and carpeted rooms being small, while carpet-less rooms were larger (though who watches TV when they're traveling?!). The room was exceptionally bright, the brightest I've ever seen. The decor style was normal, and the facilities were sufficient: a wardrobe, a desk, a lamp, and a small refrigerator were all provided. There was also a map, and I hope for a complete Jiangxi travel guide next time. **Hygiene:** Clean, no overlooked corners found. **Environment:** Easy to get a taxi; this was the only place in Jiangxi where my taxi didn't get lost. There's a shopping mall 🏬 nearby, and you can see the river view just a short walk away, with an observation deck. It's very close to the subway station 🚇, though you need to walk down stairs. It's quiet 🤫 and not noisy. The small garden on the pool floor is nice, with statues, good for photos 📸. **Service:** Pretty good. The cleaning lady told us we could walk to see the river view, thank you 🙏. Service response after contact was swift and timely. They re-delivered my forgotten takeout, and there was robot 🤖 delivery for takeout plus manual water delivery. They also paid attention to my notes and decorated the room, which was lovely. My experience at Jiuzhaigou Yinse was good this year, which is why I chose Marriott. Marriott brands truly address notes promptly; I even encountered a conference, but the service remained excellent. Breakfast had clear guidance, and staff cleared plates. It's a service that matches its positioning, and Marriott brand service is generally consistent. I took very few photos 📸 during this trip, only three or four of the hotel 🏨, the rest were from Nanchang and Lushan (who speeds through Lushan in a day and returns to the hotel? My feet are ruined!)

Chose this established five-star hotel for a concert in Nanchang, and its location is superb. You can take Line 2 directly to both the Nanchang West Railway Station and the International Sports Center. I booked an Executive River View Room with a fantastic view, and the breakfast was also very rich. Also, front desk staff member Xiao Wang provided great service.

It's a good hotel. All the staff were very polite, except for one female chef who had a terrible attitude. Still, I wouldn't give a bad review just because of her. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

The room was quite nice, clean, and pleasant. The service was great and left a deep impression on me, so I decided to extend my stay for another five days.

The hotel staff kindly upgraded us to a slightly secluded river-view room. Thank you so much! The first photo shows the river view from the Executive Lounge, while photos 2-4 show the view from the room. You can take a walk along the riverbank after dinner 🚶‍♀️—the night scenery is quite lovely. The Pavilion of Prince Teng is right across from the hotel, and the lights on the Bayi Bridge are sparkling and gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. All the staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was abundant, but the light meal options in the Executive Lounge were limited and the cakes and desserts weren't very good—I hope they can improve those.

I came to Nanchang to visit a friend and did some sightseeing along the way. After browsing through various platforms and comparing multiple options, I finally decided on the Sheraton. As an established hotel with over a decade of history, dated facilities are pretty much par for the course. However, thanks to its exceptionally prime location (right outside the subway exit, complemented by stunning river views), I still consider it one of the best choices for visiting Nanchang. That said, it was a bit disappointing that I booked it specifically because the Executive City View room was rated as the #1 favorite, only to realize upon arrival that not getting a river view room in this location would be an absolute waste. In the end, I had to make do by hanging out in the Executive Lounge to catch the river view. Regarding service and facilities, the hotel followed up with a call shortly after, and I briefly shared my thoughts, hoping for some improvements. When checking out, I was at the middle service counter when suddenly a young lady named Xiao Peng took the initiative to call me over and process my checkout. Her workstation was tucked away in the very corner so I hadn't noticed her at first, but I think the hotel's decision to bring in fresh, young blood is a wise one—after all, they have that "drive" and are full of energy.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices with fast replenishment and a wonderful attitude from everyone. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!

The river view room really hits different. Five-star is five-star—so comfortable to stay in. Booked via Trip.com, not expensive at all, plus they had coupons and promos. The scenery is amazing; just pulling up a chair by the window to take in the view is wonderful.

Traveling during the off-peak National Day holiday, the location is pretty good. The entrance is right next to Metro Line 2, which takes about 20 minutes to Bayi Square and 30 minutes to Tengwang Pavilion. Parking is convenient with XP charging stations right outside, and the parking lot is located within Huadeng Commercial Plaza. Room service was very responsive and they even allowed me to check out late, at 4 PM. The river view is decent and the room itself is quite spacious, though the bed and TV are a bit far apart. The hotel is a bit old but the facilities are well-maintained. I wouldn't recommend it for those prioritizing value for money.
