Sunworld Beijing Wangfujing Hotel (The Forbidden City)

The hotel is located right in the city center, close to pretty much most of the attractions in Beijing. The only down side was the traffic given its location, endless jams. The room was adequately sized for a family of 3 adults, though the actual size does feel slightly smaller compared to the photos. All amenities needed are available in the room, extras are available upon request too. The housekeeping lady was very friendly on our level (12).

⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Great Location and Good Hotel We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sunworld Hotel in Beijing. The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a good breakfast offering plenty of choice. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, close to the main high street and with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The Forbidden City is just about walkable from the hotel, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a good hotel in a great location and we would definitely recommend staying here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½

The hotel's location is central. A stone's throw away from the wangfujing shopping ***** and metro stations. Rooms are old but clean

Prime location, centrally located to Wangfujing pedestrian street offering plenty of dining and shopping. The hotel offers great amenities, one in particular is the gym located on the basement floor which has all the necessary equipment to get a good workout in, right across you have the laundry facilities if you are in need of some fresh clothes. Overall a great hotel, well maintained and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and tidy. The position of the hotel was very good, because is near the pedestrian area.

Hotel is very well located. Close to the most iconic places in Beijing. Very well recommended. If you plan to stay for a few days, this hotel may provide what you need.

Right near the Forbidden City and Tiannamen Square. This hotel had great facilities and a really convenient location. They were also really helpful in arranging our days out to the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.
