The hotel is conveniently located, we walked a lot, everything is nearby. We walked to Piazza San Marco, the Realto Bridge, the Accademia Bridge, the Doge's Palace. We had a great lunch at a restaurant nearby. I recommend it for two romantics and young romantic families.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from St. Mark's Square or the train/bus station. We were given a room in an adjacent building, just 5 meters from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It didn't overlook any canals but rather an internal courtyard. The breakfast area is a bit small; you have to indicate a time when you arrive for breakfast to avoid crowds. Breakfast has everything, but since the space is very small, small dishes have to be refilled immediately. However, the service is very attentive and nothing is ever missing.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel captures the charm of Venice perfectly—tucked away on a quiet canal yet close enough to easily reach all the main sights. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight each morning—fresh, varied, and set in such a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Loved the property, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. One minute walk to vaporetto (stan stae stop), great restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
