Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall

Overall great resort. Very clean, rooms are nice size, resort is huge and food is magnificent. Food at all restaurants are 10/10 and they have many fire pits around and hot tubs for late night chillin. I will recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

First room shower handle kept falling off. First night was great entertainment at the “club”. My son woke up next day with some bites on his back. Thought mosquitos got to him. This day we had booked an excursion through the vendors they offer at the hotel. More bites the next day down the side of his back and legs. I reported it to the hotel and they changed our room. They also gave him medicine, Benadryl and a steroid.

My family and I was there for my 60th birthday. We had an amazing time, the food, the staff everything was perfect. I just loved my photos from my photo session with the flying dress. We will definitely be back next year!

My spouse and I stayed at Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall in Montego Bay from October 23 – November 2, 2025. What was supposed to be a four-day getaway turned into eleven days when Hurricane Melissa became a Category 5 storm and grounded all flights. Even through the worst of it, the staff and management were outstanding. The General Manager Adrian and team provided clear updates, kept guests calm, and restored Wi-Fi within 24 hours and water within 48–72 hours. Despite the storm, they continued serving hot Jamaican meals, drinks, and even nightly entertainment to keep spirits high. Employees such as Callela, Unique, Seanah, and Ro showed incredible kindness and professionalism—always smiling, even while worrying about their own families. Once airports reopened, the hotel arranged safe transportation to Kingston so guests could catch emergency flights home. I can’t say enough about the leadership, compassion, and resilience of this team. They turned a terrifying experience into one I’ll never forget for all the right reasons. If you’re visiting Jamaica, Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall should be your first choice. 🇯🇲💚

Everything!! I got here right before the hurricane and let me tell you the staff has still gone above and beyond to make sure all needs are met!! With all the personal trials and tribulations the staff has still been A1 and the corporate office has been beyond accommodating!! 1000 out of 10 highly recommend will definitely be back again!!!!
