Hanoi Sena Hotel & Travel

The hotel service is very great. They take very good care of costumer. The room is good size and everything is clean. Overall, it’s very good and definitely recommend.

The location is within walking distance to city centre and room is very cleaned. However, amenities not functional and need to be upgraded - there is here is no mirror near a power plug for the hair blower. The curtains are not blackout. The refrigerator is noisy and there is a pump equipment produced sound that a moving train when someone turn on the taps. Asking for a double bed, they give me 2 single bed joined together. The reception quickly gotten a replacement key when I lost it though. Definitely not returning to stay.

This was my first visit to Hanoi and we wished to stay in the old quarter of town. This room rates as the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There were no drawers or places to unpack your clothes. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff including the Mgr. and guests smoked directly in front of the open lobby doors leaving the lobby choked with the same smoke. Never again.

Nice hotel in the heart of old quarter of Hanoi. Comfortable room, decent breakfast. Hanna was always helpful with a smile. We booked some excursions through the reception as well. We recommend it.

I had the best experience staying here. The staff , Jenni , Jimmy, and the rest really were helpful and genuine. The room was nice , clean Location is 10/10 Value for money , you won't beat it . Breakfast was included and very adequate. All in all , it's not 5 star but it was perfect for me.

The first room we were given was untidy and did not match the booking app pictures. The following morning I talked to the concierge and asked if that was the room we had booked as it was different to the pictures we had seen and they changed us to a very nice room on the top floor. The room had a kettle, flip flops, bathroom amenities. The staff were always extremely courteous. Breakfast buffet was very good and also the lady taking the breakfast hot meal orders was lovely.

This hotel is a big joke. At the arrival no room available. Relocation in another hotel in the same street ( lucky 2) but the hotel was so bad !! The picture of the property are fake. Not recomendable at all

Issues from the moment we got there with the reservation. Room description on ******* not accurate. NOT memory foam mattress. Felt more like a board. The staff were mostly unattending and more interested in their phones. Overall our worst hotel experience in Vietnam. Stay away!
