Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

Overall, I loved it! I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel for a long time! Almost all the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic, which was a huge plus. We were also lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. All the facilities were very new and very clean. I really liked that many of the design details featured the Hard Rock logo. My only complaint was that I checked in with a ********* passport, but when the front desk staff asked me to fill out the confirmation form, I saw that my nationality was listed as China? I clearly presented a ********* passport, so why was the nationality listed as China? I felt this was a significant oversight and made me feel very uncomfortable at the moment. The front desk staff didn't offer me a new form to fill out, so I just crossed out "China" and wrote "Taiwan" myself. This aspect made me feel very disappointed!

Newly renovated rooms with good facilities, though the bedding wasn't comfortable. The hotel is still undergoing upgrades. It's an American-style hotel with a good location.

I visited this hotel while it was undergoing renovations, so there was a bit of noise. The room was quite spacious and looked clean, with a stylish decoration. However, the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people walking upstairs very loudly.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the bathroom was consistently stable. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and they responded quickly to any issues. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I had a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The only downside was that it was under renovation, but the room itself was already refurbished and much more modern than before. The bedding and everything else were great! 😁

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a swimming pool and a gym. The beach is right across the street. Breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Very satisfied!

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore many years ago and had a great experience. This time, I chose the one in Pattaya, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. For over 720 a night, I got a room with no sea view, which is an awkward price point. The room was newly renovated and quite spacious, but the duvet wasn't down. The breakfast was not good, comparable to an Ibis in Bangkok. There were a lot of Caucasians and Indians, but hardly any Chinese. A big complaint is the air conditioning – it hums constantly. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's fine, but for light sleepers like me, it's truly frustrating.
