Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a swimming pool and a gym. The beach is right across the street. Breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Very satisfied!

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore many years ago and had a great experience. This time, I chose the one in Pattaya, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. For over 720 a night, I got a room with no sea view, which is an awkward price point. The room was newly renovated and quite spacious, but the duvet wasn't down. The breakfast was not good, comparable to an Ibis in Bangkok. There were a lot of Caucasians and Indians, but hardly any Chinese. A big complaint is the air conditioning – it hums constantly. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's fine, but for light sleepers like me, it's truly frustrating.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and their teamwork was outstanding! That's my lasting impression, and it almost makes up for the renovation noise and slow-draining shower. 😂 I hope the hotel maintains its refreshed look for a long time to come! 🏝️

Every time I stay here, the service is consistently excellent; they never disappoint. They even upgraded my room! I'll definitely be choosing this place for my next trip too.

Right by the sea, just a few steps and you're on the sand. The swimming pool is large and fun.

Everything else was pretty good, but there was one huge, unbearable problem: they were renovating. I was staying on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I asked for a higher floor, and when they assigned me the 5th floor, I was initially happy. Who knew the 5th floor would be the noisiest? Oh my god, they were drilling right above my head, starting early in the morning and going on and on. And there was a painting of a face in my room on the 5th floor... Ugh. Later I realized most of the guests on the 5th floor were Chinese and Indian. However, after I reported the situation, they quickly moved me to a room at the end of the 7th floor. While there was still some noise, it wasn't nearly as bad as the 5th floor. No one apologized throughout the whole process. Other than that, the environment and convenience were indeed good. The staff downstairs were also friendly, but they did seem to treat Caucasians better, which is normal for Southeast Asia. They said the renovation would last a year, so everyone should decide for themselves.

The staff were attentive and remembered us, providing excellent service.
