Residenza San Calisto

Lovely boutique hotel right in vibrant Trastevere, but on a quiet street away from the hustle. Beautiful design, friendly staff who were super helpful with some personal matters. Just be aware — reception closes at 2 PM, so after that everything goes through phone or WhatsApp. Also, no breakfast or microwave. Minor gripes, though — the pros far outweigh them.

We stayed in this lovely hotel and it made our trip to Rome! We loved the atmosphere and the position in the heart of Trastevere area. The crew has been really nice and helpful and helpednus with all our requests. We’ll definitely come back here next time we’ll travel to Rome!

Excellent base for family trip to Rome. We were there for 3 nights in the middle of Italian holiday. The room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. Our kids are 13 and 11 and the bunks were perfect and would accommodate adults too. Plenty of space, including a wardrobe and changing area with plug sockets as you enter the room, meaning we werent on top of each other getting ready. The location was perfect, near bars and restaurants and lovely atmosphere at night. Despite this, our room was so quiet and we all slept great. Our room overlooked the internal courtyard area so was quite dark on first impressions, but actually we were glad of it to escape the heat of the day. The air con worked really well too. We loved it and will stay again, its a find. I shpuld also add that we felt really safe in the neighbourhood with our kids too.

Location was super convenient. Friendly service. Comfortable room.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this quant hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Great location!

Very conveniently located In Trastevere close to great restaurants, easy walk to the Pantheon and other sites. Also very close to a taxi stop. Residenza San Calisto is a lovely boutique hotel. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful though they are only there in the morning hours, but that was not a problem. I would highly recommend Residenza San Calisto as a great place to stay, especially in the Trastevere area.

Perfect authentic location and residence. Friendly, welcoming and an absolute gem. Air-conditioned room with incredibly comfortable beds and perfect for our family with two teenagers. Will most certainly return
