Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

Every time I come to Shenzhen, I stay at the Hilton Nanhai Wing. The service, cleanliness, environment, and facilities are all top-notch. And a big shoutout to the staff member on the left side of the front desk who upgraded me to a suite – absolutely amazing! 👍👍👍 Huge thanks to them. The hotel's Chaoshan cuisine restaurant also serves excellent and delicious dishes. From now on, whenever I'm in Shenzhen, I'll be staying at the Hilton.

Whenever I visit Shenzhen, I always stay at this hotel. It's quite popular, and there are two locations, so make sure you don't get them mixed up! The location is decent, and the views from the hotel are lovely. I'd recommend it.

The hotel's service was excellent 👍, however, while our room was quite spacious, the flooring and furniture were very old and could definitely use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was abundant and the staff were very friendly and attentive 👍. A big thank you to the hotel for the complimentary birthday cake, wine, and fruit!

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay this time! The room was clean and tidy, directly facing the yacht club with a beautiful view. The hotel's service is particularly commendable; everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Thank you for the considerate service, we'll definitely be back!

Arrived in the evening and had dinner at the Executive Lounge, which was quite delicious. Breakfast was also very extensive. The staff were all very enthusiastic, and there were two or three options each for the gym and pool, which is really great!

The concierge was very helpful with our luggage, and the front desk was very flexible, immediately accommodating our requests. The sea view room was also quite quiet. Overall, the service was perfect! 💯

The environment here is absolutely top-notch! Looking out at Shenzhen Bay from the window just puts me in such a great mood. Especially up on the 15th-floor executive lounge, enjoying the beautiful scenery while savoring some delicious food was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's surroundings are also fantastic. Just across the road is Sea World, with endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Plus, right next door is the Shenzhen Bay Yacht Club, so on a nice day, you can head out to sea and enjoy the breeze. It's perfect for a family trip!

Wanted to treat myself to a nice hotel for my birthday, and choosing the Hilton was definitely the right decision! The front desk noticed it was a birthday stay and specially upgraded our room, plus they gave us fruit and cake, which made us so happy! The overall facilities and service are truly five-star. Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Clean and hygienic, right by the sea with a great environment. The service was also excellent – you can always trust a reputable brand. Since we had a baby with us, they added three side bed rails. There was also a swimming pool, but I ended up not using it even though I bought a swimsuit – just got a bit lazy.
