My third time here. I like everything here especially the convenient of connecting hotel to BTS Station (Phloen Chit). Like the bar downstairs also, it is luxurious and comfort. The room is clean but just that abit old and I personally feel it is time to refurbrish in certain part. The rest are perfect.

Our 3D2N stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok was truly a great experience. ✨ From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The room was beautiful, comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights has to be the breakfast, honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! The quality, variety and overall experience were simply impressive. 🤍 And of course, Yamazato was as good as always. The Japanese cuisine was beautifully prepared and consistently excellent — definitely a dining experience not to be missed. 🍣🇯🇵 Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality, a lovely room, exceptional breakfast and consistently good food. Definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to whenever we’re in Bangkok. ✨🏙️

I've been to Bangkok several times, and this was probably my most satisfying stay. The location is convenient, with direct access to the BTS on the second floor, making it easy to get to the Siam central area, Nana, and Asok. The room was comfortable, typical of a Japanese hotel, and the service was excellent. They cleaned the room twice a day. For breakfast, there were Japanese and buffet options. The buffet was fantastic, better than some resort hotels, with several egg dishes and very refined food – Chinese, Japanese, Western, Thai, and Indian options were all available, and there was a wide variety of fruits. The infinity pool was also great. Truly amazing value for money!

The Okura Prestige is only a 2-minute walk from the BTS station. The lobby on the 24th floor is very grand and luxurious. The pool is on the 25th floor. The twin room layout is well-designed, and the soundproofing is excellent. What surprised me the most was the breakfast; it was exquisite and delicious, served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, which is very convenient. Also worth mentioning is the staff member who cleaned our room – they did a fantastic job, and our room was always tidy when we returned. I will definitely choose The Okura Prestige again next time I'm in Bangkok.
