The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The breakfast food was just average, and there weren't enough seats in the check-in lobby. The housekeeping staff were polite, and the employees at the lobby entrance actively opened doors for us, which made us feel very welcome.

Booked 2 nights for my relatives and friends. Haven't tried the buffet yet, so I'm not sure how it is, but I hope to try it next time! The free shuttle bus to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail, MTR Kowloon Station, and Harbour City is very convenient.

Overall, it's pretty good. The environment and cleanliness are excellent. The only downside is that the front desk service is average, which affects the overall service quality and customer experience.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, exactly like the pictures online. A special shout-out to the bathroom and shower – the water pressure was amazing, perfect for washing away a day's fatigue! And for just a few hundred bucks, the price was really fair! Getting to Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon by MTR takes a bit longer, but a taxi is quick and convenient, about twenty minutes. Tseung Kwan O station is also close to North Point and the Hong Kong Island direction. The hotel is right above Tseung Kwan O MTR Exit C, on top of a shopping mall, which is super convenient. The 7-Eleven downstairs is open until midnight. The hotel service was good too, although the late-night supper options were just okay. If you're really hungry and order once, there's not much to choose from, and ordering delivery in HK isn't as easy as in mainland China, haha. Also, there's a free hotel shuttle bus back to the Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. The driver uncle was incredibly patient answering all my questions about the journey. I mentioned I wanted to go shopping at Elements, and he patiently explained where to get off and how to get back to the high-speed rail station. He was very nice, even helped me with my luggage so I didn't have to lift a finger. The service was excellent, thank you, driver uncle! Thumbs up to him! I'll definitely come back next time.

First, the conclusion: the Royal Plaza Hotel in Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon East, was my favorite hotel during this trip to Hong Kong. Today, after battling it out at Hong Kong Disneyland with my two kids in the morning, we took at least five different MTR trains to Tseung Kwan O. My kids were so tired they fell asleep on the train. Meanwhile, I was constantly anxious, worried that the hotel I booked would disappoint everyone and not be worth all the hassle. But! But! But! Completely unlike the Hopewell Centre on the first day (I can't help but complain: oh my goodness, Hopewell Hotel has about a dozen elevators and practically no service), the Royal Plaza was so easy to find. Several times, we simply transferred trains directly across the platform. Even the hotel itself is located in the right-front passage of Exit C of the Tseung Kwan O MTR station. Crucially, upon check-in, seeing that I had two kids, they actually gave us teddy bear room cards. *Sniffle*, even the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel didn't do that last night, but the Royal Plaza did! My emotional value instantly shot through the roof!!! Upon entering the room and seeing three beds and a bathtub 🛁, I immediately went downstairs for some Hong Kong-style McDonald's, then booked a nearby Sushiro for tomorrow. I'm practically forcing everyone to try this hotel, go for it!

I booked a king-sized bed more than a week in advance, but ended up with twin beds. The most surprising thing was that the air conditioning vent in my room was leaking. Although the front desk followed up immediately after I called, the repair process took too long, wasting a lot of my time (and delaying dinner). My planned relaxing holiday was interrupted by this situation. P.S. I didn't ask for any extra compensation or consolation, and I didn't receive any either.
