The Royal Garden Kowloon East

There are tons of dining options around, and we've yet to explore them all. We tried Sushi郎, Chen Peng Peng Chaozhou Cuisine, and a dessert place whose name I've forgotten. For shopping, there's Mannings, Fortress, and AEON Supermarket... Plus, there's a direct bus to Sai Kung.

Shopping is very convenient nearby; the hotel is right next to a mall, making it easy to buy things, get water, and eat. The mall is also next to a subway station, so getting around by subway is quick and cool.

The location is extremely convenient, with direct access from Tseung Kwan O MTR station without even having to exit, and there are convenient shopping malls nearby. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast is very rich. Using the MTR for daily travel, I didn't feel any inconvenience at all.

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I stay at this hotel. The transportation is very convenient, and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The mall is also linked to the MTR, and the hotel even provides a dedicated shuttle service to West Kowloon, which is super convenient.

The room size advertised is completely misleading; they're selling a room less than 20 square meters as 40 square meters. Someone fell out of bed and hit their head on the curtain pole, resulting in a concussion. Despite the danger being so close, no one accompanied me to the hospital, and it took eight hours for a diagnosis. It's been six days since the incident, and I still haven't received an apology from the hotel or Trip.com. My primary demand is to take down the false advertising to prevent serious accidents. This hotel is scamming guests and clearly doesn't prioritize their safety. Would you dare stay in a place like this? I'm typing this complaint with a headache and dizziness, feeling utterly disgusted. Trip.com, Kowloon Palace Hotel, do you truly value your guests? This is unheard of; they even included the garden's area in the room size!

The room was tiny and box-like, with two glass walls. The curtains were useless and didn't block out any light, so it was bright in the room early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep once the sun was up. The small courtyard outside was a waste of space – too small and enclosed. There was no door between the room and the bathroom, nor was there a door for the toilet inside the bathroom, meaning you could see someone using the toilet from the room. The worst part was that shortly after entering the room and turning on the air conditioning, water started seeping from the mini-bar, nightstands, and even the floor. The bed must have gotten wet too. My advice: if you plan to stay at this hotel, opt for the Metropolitan Oasis King or Twin room instead.

I stayed here again after the renovation, and it's definitely an improvement. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the cleaning lady proactively greeted me. The breakfast was excellent, which I really enjoyed. The surrounding malls make shopping and dining very convenient. The room was quite spacious, but even on the lowest setting, the air conditioner was quite noisy. This seems to be a hardware issue. If you're not an elderly person, you should still be able to sleep. The hygiene improvements are good, but I noticed some marks on the less frequently used wine and water glasses in the mini-bar, so the cleaning staff should be reminded to sanitize them properly. There was also a small amount of limescale at the bottom of the kettle. Everything else was great; the bed was large enough, and the sofa converts into a sofa bed, accommodating one to two extra people. Overall, I'm satisfied. I hope my feedback is taken on board by the hotel's housekeeping manager to improve the checking and cleaning of less frequently used items.

Staying at the Royal Park Hotel in Tseung Kwan O, right above the MTR station, was fantastic value for money. The room was very spacious, and having direct access to the mall made dining and shopping super convenient. It's wonderfully quiet being away from the bustling city center. They have a pool and a shuttle bus service to West Kowloon Station, making getting around a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Very satisfied! I took the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, and the complimentary butterfly pastries were delicious. There's a shopping area right next door, making dining very convenient.
