Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

I really love the hotel's style; it has a great vibe. The location in the heart of Causeway Bay is perfect, with easy access to the MTR, shopping, and delicious food. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

The room was beautiful and well-designed. The front desk lady was super nice and upgraded us for free to a spacious corner unit. They even provided a complimentary crib when they saw we had a baby, which we really appreciate! 🙏

This was my second stay here, and the quality was just as excellent as before. It's about a 5-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station Exit F1. I slept incredibly well; it was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was truly fantastic, with premium ingredients and outstanding taste. The front desk service was also great.

Tucked away in a vibrant area, this hotel offers convenient access to a plethora of gourmet restaurants and trendy malls. The overall French-inspired design is charming, and the service far exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely satisfied!

My trip to Hong Kong this time was a bit rushed, mainly for shopping, so I didn't have time to fully experience a legendary, established hotel. However, Eaton House still pleasantly surprised me. The common areas are not large but are refined and cozy. The suite itself is spacious enough, fully equipped with everything you need, and the minibar being mostly free is a nice touch. The overall layout feels more like an apartment than a business hotel, and after a tiring day of shopping, returning to the hotel felt incredibly comforting, like coming home. While the service isn't quite as attentive as what you might find with FHR, it was generally satisfactory. Plus, the surrounding area is very convenient.

The room is very close to Causeway Bay MTR, making transportation convenient. It's clean, spacious enough, and has good soundproofing. The staff are also very friendly. The only minor downside is that the beds in the twin room are a bit narrow. Everything else was great.

Although I only stayed for one day, the front desk staff on both days were superb! On May 3rd, it was raining heavily in Hong Kong. As soon as we entered, they proactively took our luggage. The front desk also had towels to wipe off the rain. While checking in, we were escorted to the lobby to wait, and they would come find us when the room was ready. Environment: The lobby design is very beautiful and artistic, and the room is also good. I really care if the room can be completely dark at night for sleeping, and this was excellent. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the taste is consistently good, especially the bagels, which are very chewy. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite cramped. The surroundings are very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It seems like part of the building is apartments, so the location isn't very obvious; the taxi driver circled once before noticing it.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the Causeway Bay MTR station. The room's multi-glass design makes it feel really spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive. For the price, it's excellent value for money.
