This hotel is about a kilometer from Nimman Road, roughly a 15-minute walk. The nearest 7-Eleven is also a seven or eight-minute walk away. The upside is that it's quiet at night, not noisy at all. However, breakfast is very average, and an extra breakfast for children costs 150🐷 per night. The twin beds in the room can't be pushed together, so I had to squeeze in with my child. I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids.

The room is quite big and cleanliness also included breakfast not to much but tasty and enough for everyone. The location near Nimmarn road and Maya mall. The staffs are so friendly and helpful.

Sabai Sabai Hotel offers a decent stay with no major issues. The rooms are clean and match the photos provided, and housekeeping was carried out daily while I was out. The facilities are fairly basic, but adequate for a short stay. The staff were pleasant and professional throughout. Overall, it’s good value for money and delivers what you would expect for the price. The location is also convenient, with the old town easily accessible by Grab.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! For just over 200, we got a huge, super clean room with really thoughtful and stylish decor – simple yet tasteful. The lobby downstairs is filled with interesting collectibles and looks great for photos too. The only minor downside is its location down an alley; it takes a little walk to reach the main road, about 10 minutes to Maya, and even the closest 7-Eleven is a 10-minute walk away. However, the staff were lovely, and it was definitely better than the 500-baht Bella Hotel we stayed at. It really exceeded our expectations!

The room was quite big and clean. The bathroom was huge, I was pleasantly surprised! It's located in a quiet area, but there are lots of restaurants and stuff not so far away. The old city is very close too (5-10min by bike). P.S. Loved the paintings!
