The most unacceptable thing was that the hotel bathroom had transparent glass. When you were showering, people outside could see everything clearly. Even if it's family, I don't want them staring at me while I shower. I asked the staff to change rooms, but either I had to wait a long time, or they said our two rooms couldn't be on the same floor, with many restrictions. Out of helplessness, I had to give up. The experience was very poor. The overall room space was good; large enough. But when sleeping at night, the air conditioning fan was very noisy, and even at the lowest setting, there was a buzzing sound. As a five-star hotel, paying over 3000 for a night and getting this level of environment and service, I feel the value for money is quite low. Also, the hotel is located by the Han River, and traffic is very congested. I advise everyone to choose carefully.

The service was excellent. I was able to check in right upon arrival, and the room on the floor I requested was available. The front desk even offered Chinese-speaking staff. There was absolutely no noise audible from the 18th floor. Getting around couldn't be easier. The entrance to Line 2 is directly across from the hotel entrance – practically in your face – making it super convenient to get anywhere. The pool was open from 6:30 AM to 10 AM, and I went for a swim every morning. It's not huge, but perfectly adequate. The elevators weren't an issue at all. You can transfer at the 24th-floor front desk or the 23rd-floor club. Every time the concierge saw a guest approaching, they'd swiftly press the elevator button in advance, so I never had to wait long. I ordered multiple takeaways every day, and the concierge reliably collected them for me. They were a lifesaver for late-night snacks!

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible! There's 24/7 construction downstairs, and I could clearly hear the construction noise plus motorbikes even from the 22nd floor 🥹. If you're a light sleeper, definitely avoid this place (and I usually consider myself a pretty good sleeper).

Stayed for four nights. The location is super convenient, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The view is beautiful, and the concierge on the first floor was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the room gets quite warm when the power automatically cuts off after you leave.

This Park Hyatt truly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even offering to call a taxi for me.

The location is excellent, with a Subway Line 2 entrance right downstairs. Modern Department Store and COEX are just across the street, making shopping very convenient. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication was seamless. The room was very quiet, and there was even a welcome bottle of wine. We could sit by the floor-to-ceiling window and watch the sunset – it was perfect.

Second time visiting this window! Make sure to choose a city view suite if you can. Last time I picked a standard room and the window faced inwards with no view whatsoever, just a blank wall. This time I learned my lesson and made sure to get a city view!

This was a truly disappointing stay at the Park Hyatt Seoul, and I definitely won't be returning. I'm also quite surprised by its high rating on Trip.com; it feels misleading. First off, the lobby being on the 24th floor, requiring an elevator transfer, was incredibly inconvenient. The soft services were particularly poor. The lobby staff, including some managers, consistently had expressionless faces, ignored guests, and seemed cold and arrogant. Their English skills were also just average. As for the hardware, it was merely passable. My duvet cover had holes, and the shower head wasn't adjustable, meaning I had to hold it with one hand if I didn't want to wash my hair. We even had to queue and wait for a table at breakfast. The hotel's strict 3 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out policy was also frustrating; they were very unwilling to grant even a slight extension. To top it off, despite paying almost 5,000 RMB a night, they wouldn't assign us a higher floor room.

The staff directing traffic at the entrance actively opened car doors for us. When we couldn't get a taxi during peak hours, they proactively helped us hail one and even gave us a small cake.
