Fantastic ! The place is beautiful and peaceful, but what really makes it special is the staff. Staff were all so kind and welcoming . I’ve stayed in many hotels and riads before, but Keltoum truly stands out. She’s one of those rare people who does her job from the heart , always smiling, caring, and genuinely helpful..she makes you feel like you’re at home. Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Essaouira .. you’ll be in good hands there!

Personnel sympathique, chambre suite berbère agréable avec une belle vue dégagée sur la mer au loin. Petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse agréable. En plus de ça la localisation du Riad est parfaite au sein de la Médina. Seulement a quelques minutes a pied des commerces et de super restaurants traditionnels avec du poisson frais d'Essaouira

La luminosité, les grandes baies vitrées, la vue, le confort des lits, la propreté, des draps doux, service de ménage très bien et le clou du séjour les petits déjeuners servis par Youssef jeune homme très prévenant, chaque matin des petites variantes dans le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon et des petites attentions personnalisées, c'est l'âme de l'établissement ... merci encore Youssef.... Reception sombre et pas toujours quelqu un a l’accueil . Le couac c'est qu'il y a des travaux juste devant la grande baie vitrée, j'avais choisi la chambre avec balcon pour pouvoir en profiter, impossible trop de bruit et de poussières .... impossible d’ouvrir la fenetre a cause du bruit et de la poussière et pas de clim pour rafraîchir la chambre … même sur la terrasse sur le toit on mange de la Poussière et le bruit terrible Et le chantier fonctionne aussi la nuit, donc pour dormir c'est très compliqué. Le propriétaire a fait un geste commercial mais hélas ça ne remplace pas le sommeil . Séjour effectué en mai 2024

Excellent rapport qualité prix . Le plus de ce riad est que l'entrée est située dans la médina et les chambres donnent sur l'extérieur. Vous avez l'avantage d'avoir des chambres avec balcon ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La réceptionniste est adorable ainsi que le personnel. Le riad est propre,le petit déjeuner copieux.

Simplemente mágica la vista!! Lo mejor despertar o acostarse con esta gran ventana viendo y escuchando al mar!! El baño es un poco incómodo en la ducha por ser pequeña pero eso se o capa completamente por la vista!! El desayuno y la atención son 5 Estrellas!! Absolutamente recomendado!!

Bon accueil Bonne literie Un petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse mais qui demande à être amélioré. Établissement vétuste et mal entretenu Bruyant car la chambre occupée donnait sur une grande place. La chambre stipulait "vue sur mer", mais c'est une micro vue. Pour les soins il faut sortir du riad pour en profiter. Bref, je devais passer 3 nuits, mais j'en ai passé une seule....

Wir wurden leider von diesem Riad enttäuscht. Auf den Fotos sah es sehr konfortabel und sauber aus, doch leider lies die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden, die Fenster, das Bad war schmutzig und an den Lampen hingen Spinnweben. Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Purtroppo, le foto ingannano. Abbiamo scelto questo Riad perché sembrava molto bello, pulito e luminoso (oltre ad avere una posizione eccezionale). Purtroppo, la pulizia era (quasi) inesistente e l’illuminazione scarsa. Le note positive sono la posizione e il personale davvero cordiale.
