Hotel Santika Premiere Bandara Palembang

The food tasted good, but the menu was a bit limited and standard. What really surprised me was that I was charged an extra 140,000 IDR for breakfast. It was me, my husband, and two kids, and I only had a few sips of coffee and tasted some fish soup from what my child had ordered. We only took two adult portions of rice and one bowl of fish soup, which we didn't even finish. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel and been charged extra like this. Even at 4 or 5-star hotels, there's usually no extra charge for breakfast as long as you don't take more than two adult portions of rice or go overboard with other dishes. I was charged 140,000 IDR just for tasting a bit of coffee and soup, without even eating any rice. If I had known, I would have eaten my fill! After that, I completely lost my appetite. It's just so odd; I've never been charged 140,000 IDR before for not taking more than two adult portions of food.

This hotel is luxurious with a lake view, perfect for a family staycation. It's incredibly worth it! There's also a kids' pool and a playground.

Staying here was a delightful experience; it felt like a healing escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

We chose Santika Premiere Bandara for our staycation because Santika Bandara is considered one of the premium hotels in Palembang. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the facilities are complete, and the service is excellent.

A very clean hotel located near the airport. I stayed here to escape the hustle and bustle of Palembang, and it was great! The breakfast was delicious, mainly Indonesian food. I also had dinner, and everything was tasty! Most importantly, they had beer, which was a huge plus! The hotel had a lot of families, so I wasn't really able to relax by the pool. The room was very spacious!

Super beautiful and comfortable hotel. Free airport shuttle service, convenient for getting to the pier, and easy to book rides. Breakfast is super rich and delicious. The hotel environment is beautiful. It's not my first time staying here.

This hotel offers a great lake view and is very comfortable for a stay. The cleanliness is also excellent, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the doors aren't very soundproof at night, so you can still hear people walking by. The breakfast spread is also very comprehensive.
