Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Seoul Namdaemun

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel for our family trip. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the facilities were in excellent working condition. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The staff provided attentive service, and the overall environment made for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Seoul.

The worst part about this hotel was the bathroom. When I booked, I carefully looked at all the room types and specifically chose this one to avoid a bathtub. All other room types clearly stated they had bathtubs, so I passed on them. I even explicitly wrote in the remarks that I didn't want a bathtub. Yet, when I checked in, they still gave me a room with one. I spoke with the front desk for a long time, but they refused to change it. I was very disappointed with their service. I booked the room over a month ago and made a clear remark, but the front desk insisted all other rooms were booked, as if I was making a last-minute request. Also, the sink in the bathroom was practically unusable; it was so shallow that water would splash all over you if you used it. Although the hotel is in the city center, its location isn't ideal, as you have to walk a fair distance to any subway station. There's also nothing to eat nearby at night. I chose this relatively expensive room specifically for the shower, and this is what I got. Very disappointing!

Great service, clean, quiet, and spacious rooms – perfect for a family of 4-5. The hotel is located in the CBD, just a 3-5 minute walk from the subway. It's only 3 stops to Myeongdong and a 5-minute ride to Seoul Station.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and the subway for getting anywhere. Check-in was also quick. I'd love to stay here again next time!

The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit dated. It would have been perfect if they were newer. The location is super convenient, right by the train station. Plus, there's a coffee shop downstairs, which is a huge bonus!
