Our stay at the JW Marriott was impeccable and elegant! From the world class service, wonderful food, highly tasteful decor throughout, easy parking, and very convenient access to the mall, we were impressed! And will be back! Maybe the best hotel experience ever. Loved it. Thank you!

This hotel was connected to the mall. It was very convenient as we never had to leave to premises unless we wanted to visit places outside of the mall.

The customer service at JW Minneapolis is the best ever!! Tayze(I may be spelling her name wrong) was very kind and professional and helpful. She answered every question we asked and because of her, we will be returning and recommending JW to everyone we know who needs a place to stay.

Affordable luxury!!! From my observation this hotel is a favorite of airline pilots - that says a lot. Our room had one of largest and luxurious bathrooms I have ever seen. It had a walk-in shower and the deepest soaking tub I have ever seen in a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly despite us being very blue collar. If I had to come up with a negative it would be the food prices for room surface. Being connected to MOA is a big plus. I would book here again.
