Good value for money. Breakfast was very nice too. I didn't want to enjoy the hot springs though.

Hotel beautiful, location convenient

The hotel is old, room is outdated. No security deposit box in the room. Location is 20min walk from downtown, has free shuttle bus until 10.30am to the main station but need to walk back. Onson is small and somewhat enclosed so can not appreciate outside nature but ok. The hotel does not have a complementary late check out and does not allow use of its facilities after check out which is annoying when you have a late flight back. The hotel management should change its policy in this regard in line with other international hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Obihiro is a little inconvenient rural town. You need some cash before you get here as there are no foreign currency exchange place in this town. Overall it was a ok 2 night stay but not memorable enough to come back.

Located in the center of Obihiro, easy access to restaurants and Aeon. Their Japanese style restaurant is superior, must try!
