Shangri-La the Shard, London

Convenient transportation, clean environment, and excellent service. What impressed me the most was that after I went out, my messy room was immediately tidied up. The hotel cleans your room while you're out – a pleasant surprise.

Everything was wonderful—truly a top-tier hotel, especially the view where you can see Tower Bridge. The facilities were not as old as rumored, the service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. All in all, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The view is absolutely stunning, easily one of the best hotels with a view in London. Paid an extra £50 for a room directly facing St. Paul's Cathedral. I left a note for the front desk when booking and they accommodated it—communication was super smooth. Successfully proposed here!

The overall experience at Shangri-La at The Shard was outstanding. Among London's generally smaller hotels, the rooms here are exceptionally spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking and expansive city view. The only minor drawback was that the glass was a bit dirty, which slightly affected photo clarity and output quality. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the dining area offered superb views. While eating, you could look out onto the spectacular Tower Bridge, enjoying the city scenery while savoring your meal – the ambiance was truly captivating. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the overall hardware quality was excellent. If you're looking to experience high-altitude views in London, this hotel is definitely worth choosing.

The hotel boasts a unique and irreplaceable view. The rooms are also spacious and bright. The facilities are relatively new, but there's room for improvement. For instance, putting a box of tissues in every room would be more convenient for guests to use at any time.

I stayed in room 3901 and had an amazing view of London Bridge! The breakfast was delicious, and the attention to detail was perfect!

You can have an exciting and joyful exploration of Shangri-La! During this stay, the hotel provided a telescope, allowing you to view all the attractions you visited over several days. The cleanliness and facilities were perfectly up to standard. I must also mention the service; from the second time I entered the lobby, the customer service staff quickly and warmly recognized and greeted me. The check-in, check-out, and luggage storage at the front desk were all accurate and efficient. The breakfast service was truly unforgettable, especially with the chef's amusing, polite, and gentlemanly demeanor!
