Personally, I really don't recommend this place! First off, the room facilities are very old and outdated, and the floor tiles in the elevator were broken. What's worse, the cleanliness was terrible – there was a huge clump of hair in the bathroom, and sunflower seed shells next to the phone. Even more disgusting was the short hair on the bedsheets, and the broken sponge showing through the side of the bed 🤢. Since I checked in very late, I didn't report it to the front desk immediately. The next morning, when I checked out and mentioned the issues, the lady at the front desk actually asked me, 'Did you just discover these problems during your stay?' It seemed like the front desk was so used to these complaints that they showed no apology whatsoever. Finally, they just offered to compensate us with some fruit, which was truly speechless! I honestly don't know how this place gets good reviews. I'm just sharing my honest experience so everyone can choose carefully.

The rooms were great, but the concierge and front desk service left a bit to be desired. It wasn't necessarily bad service, but compared to other hotels of the same caliber, it just wasn't quite up to par. When our ride-share arrived to pick us up, the concierge told us he'd only unload the luggage from the cart, and we'd have to load it into the car ourselves.

The room was very clean, and Xiao Wu and Xiao Shen were great. They upgraded our room type, and we stayed for 4 nights, which was a fantastic experience!

Choosing this hotel was the absolute best decision of our trip! From check-in to check-out, every single detail truly reflected its five-star quality. **Prime Location:** Situated right in the heart of Qujing's Qilin District, it's incredibly close to shopping centers and tourist spots. A subway station right downstairs makes getting around super convenient. At night, the city views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. **Exceptional Facilities:** The room was spotlessly clean, almost sparkling, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, the shower boasted excellent water pressure and a consistent temperature, and the toiletries were from a premium brand. Even the comb had a massage function – such an incredibly thoughtful touch! **Impeccable Service:** A lovely lady at the front desk proactively helped us plan our itinerary, and the local restaurant she recommended was so incredibly delicious! What's more, upon check-out, they discovered I had left my charger, immediately contacted me, and arranged to mail it back. This level of service is truly beyond reproach. All in all, this is a hotel that truly makes you want to return. It will definitely be my first choice again on my next visit to Qujing!
