The room layout and the view from the window were superb, directly facing the ocean – absolutely breathtaking. The air conditioning worked great and was really cool, unlike some earlier reviews that mentioned noise issues. There was also a large ceiling fan. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly. Breakfast was also quite good. I'd read reviews saying it was too 'Western,' but there was actually Chinese congee, side dishes, salted duck eggs, mini fried dough sticks, and noodles, among other things. Plus, there was a dedicated section for Indonesian dishes. The fruit selection was decent too, mainly watermelon, honeydew, papaya, jackfruit, and oranges. Overall, breakfast was very rich and varied. The hotel grounds are expansive with multiple pools to suit different needs. It felt almost like a private beach – uncrowded and clean. The hotel is a bit older, so manage your expectations. The water quality isn't the best, and the shower pressure was quite low. While the hotel provides bottled filtered water, I felt more comfortable buying my own bottled water. The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious, and it was nice to enjoy some cold beer there. You can also order food and drinks via Grab and have them delivered to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. After all, when you're traveling, a good mood makes everything better! The hotel's spa was fantastic! My child and I had a 90-minute parent-child spa session that left us wanting more. Highly recommended.

The environment is indeed lovely, but the hotel is quite old. We ended up spending most of our deposit on hotel services because it's inconvenient to go anywhere else. The food at the hotel isn't overly expensive; the service is good. It's about 80 THB more than restaurants in Jungceylon, but a round-trip taxi fare would cost about the same, if not more. If you're traveling with kids, especially those aged 3-5, it's best to just stay at the hotel. Alternatively, consider an all-inclusive package so you can enjoy drinks and Starbucks daily – that sounds pretty relaxing too. The hotel is over an hour's drive from the airport.

Located on a cliff, it's peaceful but a bit out of the way. It's about a 10-minute walk from the beach to the Karon Roundabout, which was closer than I expected. Walking along the beach is also quite enjoyable as you get to see a lot of water activities. Overall, it was good, and I might book it again in the future.

Traveling with two adults and two children, one of whom was over 14 and considered an adult, we had to pay an additional 4600 THB upon arrival. The front desk upgraded us to a villa with a private pool. The hotel environment is excellent, and the room is spacious, but the room facilities are a bit old. The steps inside the villa room were inconvenient, and the sink and bathtub design were impractical. The hotel has a great public pool, which made the private pool feel a bit redundant.

The hotel has its own private beach, which makes the scenery even more beautiful and tranquil. The kids absolutely loved the hotel pool and the little animals on the beach. We had a wonderful vacation in Phuket here, and I would definitely book Centara Hotels & Resorts again for a future trip.

The room had an amazing view! We upgraded at the counter and paid extra for a million-dollar view, which was totally worth it. It's a shame the hotel's tiles looked a bit old. After swimming, the room's tile floor was cold and slippery no matter how much we tried to dry it. Our little one slipped and almost hit their head on the bed frame. The room decor was quite old-school, so I didn't sleep very well. The pool was fantastic, breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly lovely.
