The room layout and the view from the window were superb, directly facing the ocean – absolutely breathtaking. The air conditioning worked great and was really cool, unlike some earlier reviews that mentioned noise issues. There was also a large ceiling fan. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly. Breakfast was also quite good. I'd read reviews saying it was too 'Western,' but there was actually Chinese congee, side dishes, salted duck eggs, mini fried dough sticks, and noodles, among other things. Plus, there was a dedicated section for Indonesian dishes. The fruit selection was decent too, mainly watermelon, honeydew, papaya, jackfruit, and oranges. Overall, breakfast was very rich and varied. The hotel grounds are expansive with multiple pools to suit different needs. It felt almost like a private beach – uncrowded and clean. The hotel is a bit older, so manage your expectations. The water quality isn't the best, and the shower pressure was quite low. While the hotel provides bottled filtered water, I felt more comfortable buying my own bottled water. The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious, and it was nice to enjoy some cold beer there. You can also order food and drinks via Grab and have them delivered to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. After all, when you're traveling, a good mood makes everything better! The hotel's spa was fantastic! My child and I had a 90-minute parent-child spa session that left us wanting more. Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the pool had a lot of scale buildup, which could easily cause injuries if you're not careful. The pleasant surprise was being able to try cliff jumping and rafting. The front desk didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication difficult, and one night the bath towels in the room weren't replenished. The hotel's location is pretty good, with beautiful beach views and few people, perfect for taking photos.

This is an older resort, quite large, with a great environment. The facilities aren't very modern, but that doesn't really matter. The sea view room was beautiful, though the sound of the waves at night was quite loud. The service was excellent; they have an app that makes communication easy and they even offered late check-out. It's very convenient to Karon Beach. If you want to go anywhere else, you'll need a taxi, but they're easy to find and it's only a 10-minute ride to Jungceylon and Banzaan Fresh Market. Perfect for a relaxing, laid-back vacation.

The hotel overall is great, with good service and plenty of water activities. The kids' club even offers free PS5 access. The only downside is its remote location; the surroundings are quite desolate. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to any restaurants or even a 7-Eleven. It's best suited for those who plan to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities.

The room view was great, and while it seemed a bit tricky to find at first, once you got the hang of it, it was quite easy. This was our second hotel, and check-in was delayed until after 3 PM. Communication was a bit difficult without Chinese, so we used a translation app for more complex requests. The direct beach access was a huge plus; it was a convenient 10-15 minute walk along the beach to the nearest 7-Eleven and various restaurants. Walking up the steep slope from the hotel entrance to the main road was a bit of a workout. Don't forget to take some beautiful photos when the sunset is stunning! The hotel app was very convenient for ordering food and requesting extra toiletries/towels for the room. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The tap water from the sink was yellowish, even when wrapped in a face towel, but that's just how the tap water is in Phuket. Our child loved the diving board and used it every day for the first time. Overall, we really enjoyed it. There's also an adults-only pool on higher ground with great views, but kids aren't allowed there.

Walking along the beach, you can reach the roundabout area, where there's a 7-Eleven and places to eat.

The hotel boasts a beautiful view and the beach is flat and sandy. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, but the taste is just average. Check-out time is 11 AM, but you can request a one-hour extension. The swimming pool design is excellent, definitely a highlight.

This hotel is super close to the sea; you can even be woken up by the sound of waves at night. It's a large resort with comprehensive facilities. The pool is the most fun, with adults able to dance along in the pool at midday, and a diving area on the other side, which is really exciting. Kids also have a lazy river and water slides to enjoy, and they loved it. However, the drawbacks are also quite obvious: it's old. Hot water in our room took about ten minutes to arrive, and we saw small ants crawling near the charging sockets. Also, there isn't much to do around the hotel; you either have to take a taxi or a tuk-tuk to get out. The hotel entrance is on a steep highway, making walking or running quite dangerous.
