My wife and I we travel a lot, especially in Asia. This hotel is exceptional I always book 5-star hotels, and this one I can confirm has the best customer service from every staff member. They truly live up to their reputation. We will certainly come back! The location is perfect, close to all forms of transportation and the subway. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the smell throughout the entire hotel is incredible !

I also appreciate the hotel's great ethos, especially its commitment to green initiatives and the fact that many PolyU hotel management students gain practical experience there.
