Outside apartment: many distressed fixtures and furnitures noted despite hotel operation for 2 years. Kid's indoor water playground: noted a metallic pillar on a ship is rusting. Many facilities ie KTV lounge and SPA were closed.
Fitness center: poor setup with unappealing number of equipment provided.
The only issue was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/drain area in our room, which seemed like a drainage or plumbing issue. Hopefully the management can look into it and fix the problem.
Overall, a pleasant stay and we would consider coming back again.

Parking validation is free, which is a nice bonus. Hard Rock Cafe is also located on Level 50, so it’s very convenient if you want to dine or enjoy some drinks there.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider coming back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
