Don't expect modern luxury because Banyan brand goes for nature luxury instead, and top much service! We had a dedicated concierge, Okta, who was very attentive to our needs, and extremely friendly. She helped book activities and reservations for meals and also acceded to our request to bring our afternoon tea set to the Japanese restaurant. Personalised touch! The F&B manager Zendie also remembered our requests and arranged accordingly. He made sure his staff helped set our dining table with nicely folded heart shaped napkins with flower petals etc, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was also beautifully decorated with swabs, petals and leaves and a personalised weaved sarong with our names in it. All the staff are smiley, remembered our preferences like still or sparkling water. Very warm service, makes us feel very well taken care of! Snorkelling was very enjoyable and the water is so clear! The Japanese restaurant was surprisingly good. I thought would be average Japanese food but it wasn't. The taste was so delicious, food well cooked and well seasoned. The fries tempura fish was perfectly cooked (it's so easy to over cook fish but it wasn't). Saffron Grilled platter was also perfect esp the squid, juicy not rubbery. Thanks to the entire team!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The resort’s commitment to sustainability impressed us. It is thoughtfully embedded everywhere, from design to daily practices. Waking up to stunning ocean views each morning set the tone perfectly. Though my mother couldn’t join sports or snorkeling, she never felt bored. The spa was deeply relaxing, and the Marine Lab lecture felt both educational and special. What truly stood out was the staff’s kindness: Sama, Ranjit, Aiman, Lynn, Fatima, Jin. Every interaction made the trip truly special for us.

Outstanding service personnel so kind and dedicated Great food in the restaurant and for dining experience. We had the floating breakfast and romantic dinner by the beach on ad-hoc setup with food cooked for us exclusively. Fabulous! Excellent service at the diving center with Yameen who took video for us while snorkeling. Outstanding! had a Deep tissue massage at the spa, wonderful experience, location, setup, attention to details and massage technique, all was really good.
