First time here., everything was perfect, the service, staff, facility, location. You can walk to Terminal 21. Close to 7-elven. Can take Songthaew (a shared pickup truck used as public transport in Thailand) to Central Pattaya. The breakfast and Dinner buffet is my favorite as a person who likes to eat this is one of the best food that the hotel can serve you. The kindness and the service of the staff is nice especially the one who does check in for me.I can't remember her name but she is so lovely and attentive with her job. The room is nice and clear but i have to tell you if you stay with your friend the toilet might scared you a bit (clear wall) 😁 As a solo traveler i recommend this hotel (for a couple is a chef kiss) further of all i love this hotel, definitely will going back for my next stay.

Love the hotel, spacious, clean. Goo selection of breakfast 100% for the chicken rice and crispy pork. Their omelette is good but can improve for toppings.
The dim sum is high quality.
They have their restaurant promotion international buffet buy one get one free which is a +.
Love the pool with overlooking view Pattaya!
Location is great have 7/11 and supermarket on both sides. Cafes and restaurants that serve delicious foods!
5-8min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall.
You can ride their like a tuktuk not sure, for 10baht from Terminal 21 to Pattaya beach.
I will surely comeback for the room, service and hotel facilities, and of course the location!, quiet, clean, relaxing vibes

The overall service is so nice! Firstly, the location is excellent and near many famous site. Next the total buffet is so yummy! My parents love the food and theres lots of asian food and wonderful fruit and western food too.They were so happy to celebrate their marriage anniversary here and enjoying the sea view! Highly recommended this hotel to family trip. Also, the staff are so nice!

Such a lovely stay! The room was cozy and clean, and the rooftop view was stunning — perfect spot to enjoy the night view of Pattaya city.

Overall had a good experience. The location is excellent , it’s very close to shopping malls(Terminal 21) and many restaurants, all within walking distance. There are also plenty of convenience stores around, which made everything very easy.
I booked a high-floor Seaview room and the view was amazing. You can see a beautiful angle of Pattaya Beach from the room. The rooftop bar and pool also offer a great view facing the ocean, which was a highlight of my stay.
There was a small issue during check-in because the room wasn’t ready on time. However, the staff tried their best to solve the problem quickly. Still, I think it would have been nice to receive some form of compensation.

Nice hotel, we have been upgraded to a better room since traveling with children. Friendly staffs. Only one concern is parking space, but if you travel with public transport should be no problem.
Good breakfast and the stay is valued for money.

Excellent stayed in Akara hotel, location near T21, a lot of restaurants and 7-11nearby. The poolin rooftop , although is small, but the environment and view is excellent. Breakfast is the best in Pattay , a lot of choice. Staffs all helpful and friendly.

Akara Hotel Pattaya is incredible! Perfect location, close to terminal 21 and 8 min walk to the beach. The Stella suite is gorgeous, I could stay here forever lol. Beautiful views in the suite end of course at the roof top pool. Breakfast has many options to choose from and so does the buffet in the evening. Maybe room service could be improved with vegetarian options and vegan and add a larger gym...I highly recommend you stay here! I would come back for sure if back in Pattaya.
