Akara Hotel Pattaya

This is a brand new 5-star hotel located in North Pattaya. We received lounge service right at check-in. The breakfast spread was so extensive, we couldn't even try everything. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed two hours of free onsen access. Overall, we were satisfied, but the unfortunate aspects were the smoking area at the entrance, which meant we always had to walk through smoke, and the flickering bed light in our room. Also, perhaps it was just bad luck, but the pool was unavailable. Well, it is a 5-star hotel in Thailand, after all.

The onsen was great, and there's an ice bath! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The view overlooks the Space Hotel. The hotel is clean. Service was excellent. International buffet was okay.

The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. It was definitely worth the price.

This time we tried the Avani Pattaya Resort. Thanks to the hotel for decorating our room for our anniversary celebration. The room was clean and new, and the window offered a view of Terminal 21 shopping mall. The pool had an unbeatable sea view. Breakfast was abundant with many choices (but a lot of Chinese guests😅). We booked through Trip.com and were supposed to get complimentary onsen access every day, but the lobby staff didn't mention it, and we didn't have time to ask or try it out.😂😂😂

Not bad, would come again if I have the chance. The accommodation was clean, and the water pressure was good, but the gym was a bit disappointing.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, with parking services available. The onsen is excellent and really helped me recharge. However, there's one drawback: it's not soundproof. Room 1019 was across from where the staff entered for work, and they were quite loud talking in front of the room. It was normal at night, though.

The rooms are clean and equipped with a screen for entertainment. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Valet parking service is also available.

The room was very clean, and it's super close to Terminal 21, within easy walking distance. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is really convenient. The infinity pool on the 24th floor is great for photos, and the night view from there is even better.
