The view was beautiful, and it was clean and nice. However, the breakfast didn't seem to have many options. Still, the 24th floor pool was pretty, but it was incredibly cold, lol.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Terminal 21. The facilities are very new, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk offers Chinese language service. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake in my room when they found out it was my birthday – that was a truly unexpected and delightful surprise! The only minor drawback is that the double room is a bit small, haha, but everything else was perfect.

First of all i want to thank to sir Moni for his wonderful job!He fulfill my request even thought I celebrated my anniversary alone in pattay,but he made my simple anniversary to a extra ordinary anniversary celebration thank you so much sir Moni! Everyone in Akara is soo accommodating and friendly.. the Room is big and spacious very clean! And good smells, and the room itself has a spectacular view specially during sunrise! The food iss soooo delicious you dont know where to start first in breakfast buffet! I love it sooo much i cant wait to goo back ik pattaya and stay in AKARA again! Oveerr alll it was a fantastic stay..Great job everyone ❤️🫶🏼

First time here., everything was perfect, the service, staff, facility, location. You can walk to Terminal 21. Close to 7-elven. Can take Songthaew (a shared pickup truck used as public transport in Thailand) to Central Pattaya. The breakfast and Dinner buffet is my favorite as a person who likes to eat this is one of the best food that the hotel can serve you. The kindness and the service of the staff is nice especially the one who does check in for me.I can't remember her name but she is so lovely and attentive with her job. The room is nice and clear but i have to tell you if you stay with your friend the toilet might scared you a bit (clear wall) 😁 As a solo traveler i recommend this hotel (for a couple is a chef kiss) further of all i love this hotel, definitely will going back for my next stay.

Very good and clean! The room facilities are complete, and the hotel environment is excellent. It's very close to the sea, but not humid at all. The rooftop pool is stunning, and the breakfast is delicious. The front desk staff speak Chinese, and the location is superb. The room has large French windows with a direct view of Terminal 21. It's convenient to go anywhere, and the hotel always smells lovely. Overall, it's absolutely fantastic.

Had a great stay at the A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall and Pattaya Beach, making it super convenient for shopping and finding food. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop infinity pool was a pleasant surprise; watching the sunset over the city and sea from there provided amazing photo opportunities. The staff were warm and attentive; the welcome drink during check-in on the 7th floor was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was also extensive. It offers excellent value for money, perfect for a vacation or a leisurely trip.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful, and always available when needed. Location is excellent, close to major attractions and transport.Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel room itself was fine and decent for a 5 star hotel. I won’t complain it too much instead I would recommend it although having one more room card would be appreciated as we have two people. But we tried to book a car service through the hotel and it was not pleasant as there were poor communication between the transport service and the hotel. Currently I would just recommend using bolt or grab if you are thinking about their transport booking service.
