Very Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not Five-Star Standard
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the overall condition of the rooms, cleanliness, and quality of service were far below expectations.
The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in serious need of proper maintenance and renovation. The table lamps have turned yellow, the furniture is badly scratched, the curtains are covered in stains, and the sofas and chairs are also visibly dirty. The overall condition of the room gives the impression that it has not been properly maintained or cleaned.
The bedding was another major disappointment. The pillows offered little to no support, and the mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A comfortable bed and clean room should be basic expectations, especially at a five-star hotel.
Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing. The staff’s attitude and level of professionalism were not what you would expect from a five-star establishment. The hospitality was simply not up to standard.
A five-star hotel should offer clean, well-maintained rooms, comfortable bedding, and professional service. Sadly, this hotel fell short in all these areas.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The hotel charges five-star prices but delivers an experience that is nowhere near five-star quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I would think twice before staying here again.
