Enjoyed the trip alot. Arrived at hardrock hotel with a puncture tyre. Staff manager helped to contact tyre repair man and they arrived within 30min to repair the tyre for RM60. My kids and I enjoyed the stay. Waterpark is good but the highlight will be the beach which is abt 400m. Beach is clean n sea is clear. Kids enjoyed being in seawater and catching hermit crabs. Carpark process is fast and easy to use.

Great service! The room was very comfortable and well-equiped. They have an attractive water theme park, but was not included in this package we bought from trip.com.

Pleasant experience dealing with them. Everyone was polite and helpful. They even had baby bathtubs upon request. I liked that there was already a prayer mat in the room, no need to ask for one.

Although it took a bit of a drive to get here, the facilities are well-maintained, and the restaurant prices are quite reasonable. They even have a live band performing in the evenings, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. My kids really enjoyed the pool, though it's a bit of a walk to the beach.

We stayed in the Superior King Room and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and water park were the highlights of our stay, and the beach was just a short walk away. Overall, a great place for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

The hygiene was okay, but the pool is run-down, and a major amenity was closed, making it very poor value for money! Dinner required a reservation, which wasn't communicated, and dining options nearby are inconvenient! The breakfast wasn't to my taste.
