The staff is very pleasant and service. We had one of the rooms with outdoor jacuzzi and although the rooms were generally very good cleaning, there are details that make it look not excellent as they are: the screw/toucher at the outdoor of the bathroom is shown with screws that I think not The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to get a nice shop. The bathroom mirror requires renovation because it is cracked over the edges and also gets little lu . The hotel is located in the centre and is located in the centre, but it is reached in less than 10 minutes by the streets of the labyrinth type.

Amazing place. Only 6mins walk up to the centre of Fira which I think is worth it. The room is fantastic, clean. The service was fantastic, booked a cruise for me and was very informative on where to go /visit in Santorini - even gave me a bus timetable!
I would just say that there's no restaurant on-site so be sure to grab something from the Fira markets for your late supper or breakfast and one other thing they can improve on is to make the step more clearer - you don't know how many times I almost slipped as the steps are camouflage (see photo).
And taxi to the Port is €40 which I wasn't advised on and they taxi driver didn't have a machine - so be sure to have cash ready as I had to stop by ATM on the way which was inconvenient and charged alot of fees.

Het hotel is laaggebouwd. De kamers zijn in bungalowvorm, dus op de begane grond. Enkele kamers zijn op de 2e verdieping. Wij zaten in een kamer op de begane grond. Redelijk schoon. Toch wat haartjes hier en daar gespot. Daar houden we niet van.
Veel zwembaden, dus als de ene vol is kun je naar de andere. Hotel is erg uitgestrekt. Je koffers worden met golfkarretjes gebracht en opgehaald. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed. Kan altijd beter, maar we hebben slechtere ontbijten gehad. Op loopafstand van centrum van Fira. Al met al goede ervaring.

I had a wonderful stay at White Caves. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained throughout. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant interiors to the comfortable amenities. The service was warm and attentive, adding to the overall experience. A truly memorable stay — I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. E,collect quiet location. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. Nice swimming pool. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. All staff are very nice. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning. Lovely churches around us. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. Love to stay here again. Great bargain price.

The owner and his family are very nice and enthusiastic.
excellent service. The room is very cozy.
The location is on a ramp where cars can pass by. It’s almost a 10-minute walk from the Blue Roof Church.
It is also very close to the central station. In short it is very convenient.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。
環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。
服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。
個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

The villa is close to the town center bus stop, convenient for shopping and eating. The owner friendly provides a bus schedule, and the service of arranging a special car to pick up and drop off guests to the pier is also very reliable.

ZZHOUThe location is not far from the Ferra station. After arriving at the station, it will go to the right (uphill) and then sit down (downward). It is time to pay attention to the flower aroma suites at the door. The hotel has a great view, the balcony faces west and the sunset is especially beautiful. There are loungers on the top floor for easy sun and all kinds of pats. My room is a walk down, the room has a bath, so it is damp and dark. Water mist is on the door and on the table at night. The bath can't be completely turned off, there is no door, only the curtain, so there will be sound, it may feel a bit noisy. The entire bathroom is made of purple marble cubes and it feels a bit erotic at first glance. Reception is very welcoming, will ask you for your flight time, and also help print the boarding pass. Overall, the view is great, the price is very low in the off-season, recommended ~ PS: When I booked, I noticed the honeymoon room. After a while, the order showed the suite. Even the pictures were completely different. It was originally a bright white honeymoon room. The result turned into a purple and gray suite for the honeymoon trip. Left a regret. Be sure to take screenshots after you have finished!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good and quiet. As soon as you go out, you can see a good view. All the room decorations and the scenery at the door are the same as shown in the pictures. I am very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner. There is a private swimming pool with a suitable water temperature. The breakfast is very rich.

TTatsuya[Location] Conveniently located within walking distance of Fira's bus terminal.
[Cleanliness] There were no bugs, which was nice.
[Service] They greeted us with a smile and didn't even bother to ask for a late-night shuttle (fees listed on their website required). They were also happy to store our luggage after we checked out. They were very kind and introduced us to recommended shops.
[Facilities] We arrived late at night and checked out the next day, so we don't have a full picture of what was going on, but it was generally good.

GGuest UserThe geographical location of the hotel is good, and the booking indicated that there is a window. As a result, there is only a small window beside the door (No. 124). There is no window in the room. When I entered, there was an odor. In a family room, the bed space is smaller, so we took room 124 and said it would be better than one night and the next day we would change the room, but the next day we didn’t want to bother to change the room. Breakfast can still reach 10 o'clock, but there is nothing to eat when I am late.
The service is pretty good. You can go to the service desk and tell him that you have arrived. Someone is busy with luggage, otherwise there are a lot of steps that are choking.

MMmmichelleWeiThe hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros.
The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.
