This was the best stay I've had in Santorini! The location is great and they offer breakfast service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options including yogurt, bread, fruit, coffee, juice, and nuts. The staff were also incredibly kind and even helped us with directions on a map. Free Wi-Fi is available too! The place was very clean and offered excellent value for money. We were able to watch both the sunset and the sunrise from here! Shampoo, body soap, and towels were all provided, making our stay very comfortable. The bus stop is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. I would definitely want to visit again when I go to Santorini! I had a wonderful stay at White Caves. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained throughout. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant interiors to the comfortable amenities. The service was warm and attentive, adding to the overall experience. A truly memorable stay — I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and beautiful. The price is quite reasonable, and it's not too far from attractions. The service attitude is excellent; they even gave us a detailed introduction to tourist spots and transportation methods upon check-in. Very thoughtful service!

Had a very pleasant two days. Affordable, the room has a small balcony for relaxation. There is a pool in the yard. A little distance from the city center, about a minute walk. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic. Breakfast needs to be booked at the front desk one day in advance. On the way next to the dining area in the morning, you can see the donkey team passing by.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Fira's bus station, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of facilities nearby, with many dining and shopping options. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it can be a bit of a hassle to carry heavy luggage upstairs. The room facilities are average, but it offers good value for money. Luggage storage is available.

First off, the entrance to the property is a bit confusing, and it's not clear where you're supposed to go in. Once inside, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our key and access our room. The guy working there was very nice, though; he's the only one doing everything, so I understand he can't always be available. He recommended several things and gave us some tips for the island. We also booked an excursion through the hotel, which was cheaper, so that was great. The location is a 10-minute walk from Fira town, and parking around the hotel is very easy. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The mattress is large and quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, I have mixed feelings. The concept is that you choose two items from a list the day before, and they deliver it to your room within a specified time slot. Personally, I find eating in the room uncomfortable; it restricts you to a schedule and doesn't allow for flexibility. It's plentiful, yes, but often I don't like it that much because I feel bad throwing food away. I prefer to choose what I'm actually going to eat. So, if I had to choose next time, I wouldn't opt for the breakfast option. It so happened that the pool wasn't operational during our stay, so we couldn't use it.

As a landmark tourist destination in Greece, Santorini boasts a plethora of hotels of all kinds, enough to make any choice difficult! The hotel we stayed at wasn't the most luxurious or the most beautiful, but it was definitely the most unique! Located on a hillside overlooking the Fira town, it offered stunning sea views of the volcanic island. Every morning, we could see two or three large cruise ships quietly anchored in the azure Aegean Sea, and at night, they twinkled silently with their lights, creating breathtaking seascapes at every turn! The hotel's white walls, red doors, green plants, and blue pool were also scenes we couldn't get enough of photographing. Both room types we stayed in were quite spacious and well-equipped, with bathrooms reminiscent of Turkish baths. The hotel service was also meticulous and attentive. A handsome young man at the front desk waited until late at night to check us in, and room service staff waited outside our doors until we left before starting to clean. The room was always impeccably tidy. The only downside was the limited fresh water supply on the island; each room only received one large bottle of water free of charge, and any additional water would incur a charge. Breakfast wasn't booked the night before, so there were bound to be translation and comprehension issues. The breakfast portions were a bit small on the first two days, and too much on the last day, which was a little awkward. Fortunately, it was all included in the room rate.

A piscina estava partida não deu para usufruir dela, cobram 10€ se deixarem toalhas no chão e nem avisao, cobraram-me 50€ a mim pelas toalhas e por ter sujo sem querer a coberta da cama, simplesmente deixaram um papel debaixo da porta para ir à receção que tinha de pagar 50€ exigiam em dinheiro físico e eu impõs-me e só pagaria por cartão e fatura. Fora isso correu tudo bem

Het hotel is laaggebouwd. De kamers zijn in bungalowvorm, dus op de begane grond. Enkele kamers zijn op de 2e verdieping. Wij zaten in een kamer op de begane grond. Redelijk schoon. Toch wat haartjes hier en daar gespot. Daar houden we niet van. Veel zwembaden, dus als de ene vol is kun je naar de andere. Hotel is erg uitgestrekt. Je koffers worden met golfkarretjes gebracht en opgehaald. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed. Kan altijd beter, maar we hebben slechtere ontbijten gehad. Op loopafstand van centrum van Fira. Al met al goede ervaring.
