This hotel is a bit like a B&B, with three-story villas and parking for 7-8 cars in the yard. It's popular with seniors. Room service ends around 5 PM, and keys are left in an envelope at the front desk with your name on it. Breakfast is available by registering your room number and number of guests on the breakfast sign-up sheet near the front desk. The rooms are decorated in a very American country style, offering ample space, though the showers are a bit small. There's no elevator, so guests with large suitcases should prepare their belongings for the night in advance, as carrying large suitcases up and down the stairs can be tiring. The breakfast was delicious, with four options available. Restaurants and bistros are located nearby, making it convenient for exploring Baishan National Forest.

We missed the hot tub. The breakfast was really outstanding, as was the staff. Just a note; we stayed on the third floor and it took a while for the hot water to get up to the shower.

Personable, accommodating hosts, good breakfast and location but fell short on value given advertised amenities and cleanliness. Host graciously credited first night's stay and offered discount for amenity issues

Staff was non-existent except when we first arrived. Told us there was coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea if we wanted. When we came back from our sleigh ride, no hot cocoa. Nice old house but not upkept well.

The Inn was fabulous! Such a great location, close to so many attractions. It was clean and welcoming.
