Holiday Inn BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT by IHG

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic since its just beside a mall. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Conveniently located between BTS Asok and Phrom Phong, very close to Emsphere, good for Emsphere mall lovers.

The hotel has aged badly, the fittings and the interior is dated, had to get things replaced and repaired to continue to stay on, also extremely bad noise insulation.  The staff are excellent, no complaints changed and did everything in their power to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is not up to the holiday inn standard I am used to. Just look at the TV model, even the TV channels were not working without snow.

As an NRI zipping between Hong Kong and Bangkok for work, I needed a hassle-free spot with easy access to shopping, dining, and BTS— this nailed it. Location (5/5): Smack in Sukhumvit's heart, it's a 1-min walk to Emsphere's trendy shops, cinemas, and food scene. BTS Phrom Phong is 5 mins away, making airport runs and city jaunts effortless. No taxi drama in Bangkok traffic! Room & Comfort (4.5/5): My superior room was spotless, modern, and spacious for solo use— king bed was plush, blackout curtains ensured deep sleep despite city buzz. Huge bathroom with rain shower and amenities felt luxurious. Minor nitpick: AC was a tad noisy at night, but earplugs fixed it. Free Wi-Fi was speedy for my work calls. Service & Facilities (4/5): Staff were warm and efficient—check-in was instant, and they upgraded my view gratis. Gym and pool on the 8th floor offered stunning skyline vistas; poolside was quiet for solo unwinding. Breakfast buffet was solid (fresh Thai/Western options), but could use more variety for repeat stays. Value (4.5/5): At ~THB 4,500/night (booked via app), it's a steal for the location and IHG perks. Quiet for a city hotel, ideal for solo travelers avoiding party vibes. Overall: 4.5/5. Highly recommend for short business-leisure trips. Will return!

Overall, it is a pleasure stay at this hotel because of its strategic location in which next to the Emsphere. The food is delicious where I am looking forward my breakfast every morning.

Good location, close to train and mall. Bathroom need more ventilation.

They follow the instructions and request. Very attention to details and helping me to collect my luggage onbehalf when the airline did not send my luggage in time. Safe and very job well done on the concierge staff at G floor. While the negative side of the hotel is they will want to collect deposit in advance which I try to avoid cause previously its takes forever to refund! Overall good hotel and the breakfast juices can be better improved.
