Great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and massage parlors nearby. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain station. There's also a connected walkway from the second floor of the adjacent EmSphere mall, so you don't have to walk in the sun. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of food, entertainment, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage places, and malls – very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and decor are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly.

The location is fantastic, right next to a great mall with plenty of shops. However, the room's curtains don't block out light completely; there's a big gap, so it's impossible to sleep once the sun comes up. Plus, I found a dirty sock behind the sofa in my room.

Everything about this hotel is great, except for the hairdryer – it's really weak and has no power. The mini-bar was completely empty, with only two bottles of water provided daily. On the plus side, there are lots of good restaurants near the hotel.
