Hotel is located in a quieter area of causeway bay, about 10min walk to mrt station and times square. Rooms are refurbished with a nice and soft colour scheme. Albeit a little small, it comes with nice toiletries and dyson hairdryer. Breakfast spread was ok. Concierge was helpful.

The hotel is elegant for sure. Had some inconveniences during the first night but the hotel’s stuff managed it gracefully by providing us with another room, more spacious one. We were grateful to them. Loved the hotel design. Breakfasts were also great. Would definitely recommend to visit this place in Hong Kong

Stayed for 3 nights here, overall is satisfy with it! The room kinda have a minimalist feel, the toilet is smaller than expected but understandable as it is hongkong here. Clean and new, will consider to come back next time!

check in的時候小哥讓坐沙發上等，跪着確認訊息，酒店牙刷是竹子的，拖鞋兩雙分男女，電動窗簾三層，房間客廳床頭倆電視，全程進出酒店上電梯有人幫開門，下午進房間鋪床，床頭放一杯水起來喝，攜程會員送果盤、問候卡，送甜點，床品一碰就睡着，潤膚乳巨好用，離店打車叔叔幫忙拿行李送上車。在這個吃碗粉都可能挨白眼的城市，我當初定酒店的時候這酒店還有9個差評，你們是有點挑剔的。
